Dnis Surkov, director of the neonatal ICU ward of Dnepropetrovsk Children's Hospital, said on social media: "This is the neonatal intensive care unit, right inside the air-raid shelter. Can you imagine it? This is our true situation."

51-year-old Dr. Sukov provided a video taken by a colleague, where babies wrapped in blankets lined up, some children were held in their arms by medical staff, and medical staff pressed a simple ventilator to help them breathe.

Russia is still launching an attack on Ukraine, and Dnipro is one of the targets of missile attacks. Dr. Sukov said: "We are very uneasy and very confused."
