1. Vaccination targets: people over three years old who live in Gudong Street, Gulou District, Fuzhou City;
2. Vaccination materials: ID card (children with vaccination certificate), medical insurance card (those who do not have a medical insurance card must first apply for a self-paid card at this center), household registration book or residence permit, please show it at the time of registration.
3. Note: Those who make a successful appointment should go directly to the registration desk on the 3rd at the specified time to queue up and register in an orderly manner.
