Under the heavy blow, there are still illegal elements who attempt to make "epidemic money", infringing on consumers' legitimate rights and interests through price gouging, price fraud, and price surcharge and other price violations, and disrupting fair and healthy market order.
A bottle of "Laoganma Dried Stir-fried Shredded Pork Oil Chili Sauce" (260g/bottle) sold for 49.5 yuan, a bottle of "Fulinmen Nutrition Family Golden Little Black Sunflower Oil" (1.8 liters/bottle) sold for 101.8 yuan, and a "Zihi Pot Claypot Rice Combination" (6 boxes) sold for 268 yuan... Recently, an online store called "Dazui Supermarket" on the takeaway platform has aroused public anger and was reported by many residents.
htmlOn May 7, Shanghai market supervision departments exposed another group of illegal operators. The regulatory authorities stated that they will continue to maintain price supervision, crack down on price violations strictly, severely, and quickly with a "zero tolerance" attitude, resolutely curb the momentum of illegality, and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.Recently, a residents in Putuo District reported to reporters that when they were volunteers to help elderly people in the community buy daily necessities, they searched for a "outrageous" convenience store through the Ele.me platform, suspected that they were suspected of raising prices during the epidemic.
The reporter checked the screenshot of the online store page sent by the residents and found that the online store was named "Dazui Supermarket". The marked address is located in Lane 798, Zhenguang Road. The price of some of the products sold is two to three times that of the usual ones.

In response to the above reports, the Putuo District Market Supervision Bureau immediately launched an investigation.
Putou District Market Supervision Bureau stated that on April 24 and 25 this year, it has received a number of consumer reports, reflecting that the "big mouth supermarket" on the takeaway platform is suspected of raising prices.
After investigation, the online store license information was shown as Shanghai XX Wine Co., Ltd., but the company's registered place is located on Jinshajiang Road, Putuo District, which does not match the business address marked "Dazui Supermarket". By checking the certificates displayed on the platform and the certificates of Shanghai XX Wine Co., Ltd., it was found that the two were different in many aspects such as typesetting, fonts, seals, etc.
Law enforcement officers contacted Shanghai XX Wine Co., Ltd. and learned that the company had never opened an online store on an online platform, and it was engaged in wholesale business rather than retail trade.
law enforcement officers contacted the takeaway platform for investigation. After retrieving the platform records, they found Li, the actual operator of "Dazui Supermarket", and confirmed Li's illegal facts: in order to make high profits during the epidemic and attempt to avoid legal risks, they borrowed other people's identity information to register three online stores including "Dazui Supermarket" to engage in online operations.
At present, all the stores involved have been removed from the shelves. Because Li's behavior of forging and altering the "Business License" and "Food Business License" was suspected of violating the relevant provisions of the Criminal Law, the Putuo District Market Supervision Bureau has transferred the clues of the case to the public security organs for handling. At present, the public security organs have filed a case for investigation.
