2019 "Golden Horse 56" main visual poster has been released on July 30. This year's Golden Horse invited Luo Shenjun to serve as the visual coordination of the award ceremony for the first time, and the JL DESIGN team led by him created this visual with the theme of "Finding for Dark Horse". This time's main visual poster was designed with American animal photographer Randal Ford, inspired by his "dark horse" series of works. The poster design boldly uses a relatively strong black tone to express the filmmaker's journey of exploring himself and working hard to create, and also symbolizes the audience's joy in exploring the beauty of the movie through the glimmer of light in the dark. The marks around the dark horse on the poster are traces of the dark horse's unruly nature, symbolizing the filmmakers' enthusiasm and persistence in creating film and television works, and also represents that the "dark horse" transformed into a brave "war horse" after experiencing countless struggles and training, chasing its own glory in the highest hall of Chinese films. The standard character (LOGO) design of
"Golden Horse 56" is different from the previous style that focuses on digital expression, and emphasizes the changes in Chinese font writing. The strong and powerful word "Golden Horse" shows the image of a horse galloping, and also symbolizes the process of transformation. The neat lines break through the surrounding color blocks, representing the unlimited possibilities of the Golden Horse Awards being unconventional, breaking through the framework, and leading the creation of films in the new era.
