Li Li's summer clouds dissipate, and the cool breeze rises. Teaching without study will be shallow, and studying without study will be empty. In order to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching, promote teachers' professional growth, and achieve the goal of "using teaching to promote research, using research to promote teaching, and learning to develop together", several teaching and research activities organized by our senior mathematics group have achieved fruitful results and ended successfully, which has also brought new ideas and new challenges to our subsequent teaching and research work.
On October 11, 2022, the teaching and research activities of the senior mathematics teaching and research group in the South Campus of Xi County No. 11 Primary School arrived as scheduled. This teaching and research is divided into three parts: reading sharing - interpretation of the new curriculum standards, speaking, teaching, and exchange and discussion.
This teaching and research activity was hosted by group leader Zhou Huixin, and participated by Principal Wan and all mathematics teachers in the senior group.

Teaching teacher Zhang Yahan of Class 5 (4) conducted the lecture session. The content of the lecture was the third unit of the fifth grade mathematics volume, the "Solving Problem--"Advanced Method" of Primary School Division.
The next six (2) class teacher Zhongfeng gave a lecture. The content of her lecture was the third unit of the first volume of the sixth grade mathematics, fraction division "Solve the Problem--Summary Multiplier Problem".
On the morning of October 12, 2022, the mathematics teaching and research and teaching session of the senior group was held as scheduled in the observation room. In this lesson of "Solving Problems", Teacher Zhang arranged the problem of using the "upgrade method" and "de-tail method" to obtain the approximate value of the quotient according to actual conditions. On the one hand, it further consolidates the decimal division, and on the other hand, it cultivates students' ability to solve problems flexibly.
When teaching, after each formal question is finished, Teacher Zhang will ask students to tell you what problems in life need to be used as "upgrade method" and "de-stop method", so that students can connect with the reality of life, feel the practical significance of these methods, and enhance students' awareness of using these methods to solve problems.
The problems are progressing layer by layer, students actively think, discuss and report enthusiastically, experience the complete research process of mathematical activities "conjecture → verification → proof → application", and enjoy the wonders and beauty of the mathematical world.
The second class teacher has clear teaching ideas throughout the class, can grasp the key points, break through the difficulties, and fully play the students' dominant position. In the entire teaching process, students can experience the process of discovering problems, exploring problems, and summarizing problems. At the same time, the establishment of mathematical models is paid attention to the establishment of mathematical models in the entire teaching link and guide students to summarize the methods. In short, this lesson fully reflects the teaching three-dimensional goal , and teachers can teach in a realistic manner. The teaching process and methods are very flexible, reflecting the relationship between teaching and learning, achieving teaching purposes, and the teaching effect is significant.
Led by the teaching and research group leader Zhou Huixin organized the "Observation and discussion class", the teaching teachers first reflect, and then the main evaluation teachers evaluate. Then, the members of the senior mathematics group discussed and exchanged the classroom teaching of Teacher Zhang Yahan and Teacher Xiang Zhongfeng in turn. Each teacher expressed his opinions from the aspects of teaching content, teaching methods, etc., and pointed out the highlights of classroom teaching and areas that need to be improved.
Finally, Principal Wan made a summary speech on this teaching and research activity. He pointed out that in order to improve the effectiveness of subject teaching and research, the senior mathematics group needs to play the real role of collective lesson preparation, highlight the importance of teaching and research activities, and listen to and evaluate lessons, carefully absorb other people's suggestions, self-comparison and reflection, and constantly improve teaching, and at the same time, it shows the necessity of careful preparation and repeated polishing of classroom activities.
