Taibao Home Project is located in Hanyang Sixin, with a planned total construction area of 130,000 square meters. It is the flagship elderly care project in central China that Taibao Group has deployed in Wuhan. It will build a high-quality, all-age elderly care benchmark community, including more than 700 self-care and nursing rehabilitation apartments and 1,300 beds, and can provide integrated living facilities for self-care, nursing and auxiliary care and high-quality elderly care and health services. It is reported that the project was included in the "promissible start-up" pilot by the Hanyang District Engineering Construction Project Approval System Reform Group. Within one day, I got the real estate registration certificate, land use planning permit, construction project planning permit, and construction project construction permit, becoming the first "four certificates" project issued in Hanyang District.
