2 non-public party branches in two new fields are an important part of party building and also a relatively weak link in urban grassroots party building. At noon on April 12, the first "send party class to the branch" entered the building joint party branch of Beijing Putian Desheng Technology Incubator Co., Ltd. The theme of this course is "Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era to Build a Beautiful China", and more than 20 branch party members and activists participated in the party class.

April 9, Liulichang West Street Community held the opening ceremony of the 2019 "Hanmo Art Garden" calligraphy class. Calligrapher and painter Yang Jincai and nearly 40 students from the calligraphy class participated in the event.
Liulichang West Street Community Hanmo Art Garden was founded in 2006. Its six sub-art art gardens: Calligraphy and Painting Art Garden, Literary Art Garden, Folk Art Garden, Cultural and Sports Art Garden, Craftsmanship Art Garden, and Chinese Academy of Sciences Art Garden. It has a great influence in the region and has become the cultural brand of the community. The community party committee uses culture as a link to expand and extend the connotation of calligraphy and painting, making Hanmo Art Garden a carrier for learning and publicity of community civilization etiquette, moral norms, and carries out various activities. Now the number of students has increased from the initial five or six to more than seventy. In the past thirteen years, the number of students has reached more than 110, making it the most representative and influential community calligraphy and painting art garden in the surrounding area.

April 16, at the "Xinhua 1949" Cultural Finance and Innovation Industrial Park, the Zhanhua Road Street Working Committee and the China-Xinhua Cultural Exchange Center jointly held the launch ceremony of the series of activities of the "Remember the Original Intention·Red Journey" Theme Education Series. The heads of party organizations of 82 member units of the regional party building coordination committee participated in the event. The activity of that day kicked off with revisiting the oath of joining the party. According to reports, at the beginning of this year, the "Xinhua 1949" Cultural Finance and Innovation Industrial Park was officially awarded, becoming the first batch of Beijing's cultural and creative industrial parks, integrating party history and party building education, traditional culture education, youth study education, "Belt and Road" experience center, China Calligraphy and Painting Exchange Center, and National Reading Promotion Center.
