In order to promote the smooth development of the school brigade work, form a new situation of the Young Pioneers' work of self-management of students, and further strengthen the construction of campus red culture, on the afternoon of October 12, Fenghu Junior High School held the Young Pioneers' Committee election and the keynote speech competition for the "Create a Civilized Campus and strive to be a thriving young man".

This Young Pioneers Brigade Committee election campaign was hosted by Shen Youran, a classmate of Class 7 (3). After being elected by each squadron, a total of 8 candidates were generated, and each campaign member gave election speeches in order of draw lots.

The speeches of all the students were wonderful, showing their talents and comprehensive abilities in all aspects from their personal experience, understanding of the work of the brigade committee, understanding of the creation of a civilized campus, and expectations for future study and life. After the speech, our school, based on the principle of fairness and realistic, adopted the form of open elections, and all students on the spot voted secretly to elect elected members.
