"The most difficult thing to fight against God." Lu Xiuyan emphasized that in the past, Taichung City even had serious air pollution during the non-air pollution season. When she took office, Taichung City had about 60 to 70 days of bad air products per year, but now it has dropped to 20 to 30 days. "I am a female mayor and attach importance to education and culture." Lu Xiuyan said that before she took office, the education budget of Taichung City accounted for the last place in the total budget. After she took office, she continued to increase the proportion of education funds, promoted internationalization in software, and introduced a large number of foreign teachers, and updated and renovated junior and middle school playgrounds and runways.
