Xingyiquan . Yiquan (Dachengquan) is the cultural essence condensed and purified in the five thousand years of Chinese civilization, and is the most exquisite part of the traditional culture of the Chinese nation. Unveiling the mystery of Xingyiquan and Yiquan (Dachengquan) and showing the world the mystery and magic of Xingyiquan and Yiquan (Dachengquan) is the wish of Li Sen, a 70-year-old man who deeply understands, studies carefully, practices frequently, and loves Xingyiquan and Yiquan (Dachengquan).
1. Introduction and inheritance of Xingyiquan and Yiquan (Dachengquan) in Dongfeng In 1970, Li Sen was appointed as a teacher of Zhang Dashuai (Zhang Fucai) and practiced Shaolin boxing. In 1980, he also learned from Liaoyuan City martial arts master Mr. Lu Zhenjiang practiced Mantis Boxing . At that time, practicing martial arts was just a fight. The gentleman led Li Sen and several other disciples to practice , Sanda in the woods on the Raoying River. Liu Wanzhong is the best leg technique among his disciples. He attacked his husband with a dot, inch, cut, and crotch. The husband shook his body and hugged him like lightning. He lifted Liu Wanzhong into the air with both hands and knocked him over to the ground. Li Sen and others were stunned and confused. What kind of magical power is this? The teacher asked him at a loss, and said: This kind of kung fu was learned by Ma Yongxing, a native of Dongfeng in the Republic of China in a national martial arts museum in the south, and it was secretly promoted. Li Sen asked Ma Yongxing for advice and could only use tree skills to answer questions on the sand. Oh! It’s so magical to be secretly taught and taught boxing. Everyone asked in surprise: What kind of kung fu is this? The gentleman said three words one by one: Xingyiquan! From then on, Xingyiquan aroused the interest of Li Sen and some martial arts enthusiasts and practiced it. After more than ten years of practice, Li Sen's martial arts has made great progress. In order to further improve his martial arts, in 1999, Li Sen officially joined the disciple of Mr. Ren Laifu, Vice Chairman of Changchun Martial Arts Association and President of Changchun Xingyiquan Research Association. He used his weekends to Changchun to learn Xingyiquan and equipment from Mr. Ren Laifu for five consecutive years, and mastered the three-body postures of Xingyiquan, Five Elements Boxing , Twelve Shapes and Soft and Hard weapons, becoming the tenth generation successor of Xingyiquan, with a strong and round font size. In order to study Xingyiquan more deeply, in July 2002, Li Sen went to Cangzhou City, Hebei Province to meet with Mr. Zhang Yulin 4, the president of the famous Chinese Li Lao Nong Xingyiquan Research Association and a Chinese Xingyiquan martial artist, to listen to his teachings in person and further explore the mystery of Xingyiquan.
In July 2003, Li Sen heard that Wang Yongxiang, a famous Chinese Yiquan (Dachengquan), went to Changchun to give lectures, and went to Changchun to seek a visit. He personally experienced and witnessed the magical skills of Yiquan (Dachengquan). Li Sen was very excited and so he became Wang Yongxiang as his teacher and systematically learned the standing stance , test force, test sound, walk, exert force, push hands, Sanshou and other Yiquan (Dachengquan) boxing techniques, and became the fourth generation disciple of Yiquan (Dachengquan). Li Sen took the pursuit of the essence of martial arts as his ultimate goal, visited famous martial arts masters from many sources, and carefully studied the principles, methods, techniques and skills of Xingyiquan and Yiquan (Dachengquan). Through extensive learning, diligent practice, hard work, and understanding the inside, he understood Xingyiquan and Yiquan (Dachengquan) with perfect martial arts, and formed his own unique Xingyiquan and Yiquan (Dachengquan) style.
Li Sen not only practiced martial arts hard, but also took it as his mission to inherit Xingyiquan and Yiquan (Dachengquan), and successively accepted more than 30 disciples. Now these people have become the inheritors and disseminators of Xingyiquan and Yiquan (Dachengquan) in Dongfeng.
2. The mystery of Xingyiquan and Yiquan (Dachengquan) Xingyiquan and Yiquan (Dachengquan) rank first in China's three major internal boxing (Xingyiquan, Tai Chi , Baguazhang ). It is one of the four famous Chinese boxings that are as famous as Tai Chi, Baguazhang, and Shaolin boxing . It is famous for its practical combat. In the past thousands of years of suffering in the Chinese nation, when the country was in trouble, there were even famous Xingyiquan masters who worked hard to turn the tide, fight the enemy and resist the aggression, make peerless achievements, and make great achievements. In Shanghai in the early 1930s, there was a world boxing champion named Yingge and Yang Wei in China. Because he was defeated by many Chinese boxers, he said wildly: Chinese martial arts are all vulnerable. Mr. Wang Xiangzhai, a master of Xingyiquan and founder of Yiquan ( Dachengquan ), was furious after hearing this and decided to meet this world boxing champion called "bomber".In the competition field, Ying Ge took off his coat, and the black hair on his chest and legs slowly swelled, making people feel a little scared when they saw it. I saw Mr. Wang Xiangzhai, who was out of forty, quiet and elegant, with bright eyes, as if he had a pearl. The people of our country who were watching the battle all around expressed their respect for the patriot and were also worried about him to a large extent, because the physical gap between the two sides of the competition was too big. They sincerely hope that miracles can happen today, but they are afraid that miracles will not happen in the end. Yingge, who has long embraced the boxing posture, has moved his footwork lightly. After a few moves, he suddenly made progress and rushed towards Wang Xiangzhai, and punched Wang Xiangzhai's face with straight fist. At the same time, he found that Wang Xiangzhai was in a hurry and his eyes were like lightning. He couldn't help but take a breath of cold air. His body was half short, and he wanted to withdraw his fist, but it was too late. Wang Xiangzhai stretched out his left hand and fisted to the other party gently rolled the inner side of his wrist, shaking slightly. Inge screamed, feeling his forearm as if he was electrocuted. His mind was stunned and his body soared into the air. Then he fell to the ground like a huge rock. The floor roared and fainted on the ground like a wall falling. Now, the audience burst into applause, and every person present experienced the true meaning of the four words " Chinese Kung Fu ". Another day, after witnessing Mr. Wang Xiangzhai overturning the Japanese challenger Hino in the air, he burst into tears and said, "You are angry with the Chinese!" and wrote a poem: It was originally said that the sunset is yellow, and the nine continents are still bright; the ghost of the dead should still be there, and the colorful clouds are watching the rainbow. From ancient times to the present, Xingyiquan theory emphasizes the lead with "intention". Xingyiquan has a high exercise value. It is not only a physical exercise that is beneficial to the body and mind, but also has a very obvious effect on the exercise of the human muscles, strength, speed, sensitivity, flexibility, and even the nervous system and internal organs. It also has a good physical and medical effect. It can eliminate the disorder of in the central nervous system of , promote the balance and flexibility of the nervous activity process; dilate the surrounding blood vessels and improve peripheral circulation, help calm the brain and regulate blood pressure, improve cardiac function, make the myocardium contraction and relaxation, expand the volume of cardiac cavity , enhance the heart's blood pumping function, and improve the elasticity of blood vessels. It can improve the function of lung ventilation and ventilation, expand the lung capacity and , and improve the efficiency of lung capacity and gas exchange per unit time. Long-term practice of Xingyiquan can also have a good prevention and treatment effect on digestive system diseases such as indigestion, constipation, chronic gastritis.
3. The idea of "harmony between man and nature" is the source of the theory of Xingyiquan and Yiquan (Dachengquan) Ancient Chinese philosophy is the essence of the traditional culture of the Chinese nation and has had an important impact on the formation and development of Chinese martial arts. "The unity of man and nature" is an important idea in ancient Chinese philosophy. Laozi said, "Man follows the earth, the earth follows the sky, the sky follows the Tao, and the Tao follows nature" is one of them. The so-called "heaven" here is the representative of nature, not the master of gods. The essence of "harmony between man and man" is the harmony between man and man and man and man. The view expressed in "harmony between man and nature" is: in essence, man and nature should be connected, and all people and what they do should follow the laws of nature and not contrary to the laws of nature, so that they can survive and develop. Xingyiquan takes the ancient Chinese philosophical thought of "harmony between man and nature" as its theory. The "three bodies" in "harmony between man and nature" are what people usually refer to, meaning heaven, earth, and man. Xingyiquan has the saying that all methods come from the "Three-body Style". The "Three-body Style" in Xingyiquan corresponds to the "Three-Talents" in philosophical theory, and there is an internal close connection between the two. The "Three-body Style" stance practice is the fundamental stance method for practicing Xingyiquan. In the practice of long-term Xingyiquan practice, we must constantly experience and understand the natural activities of the human body in the universe during Xingyiquan practice. Therefore, Xingyiquan achieves the unity and coordination of the two through the practice of the "Three-body Style", thus achieving the purpose of practicing Xingyiquan. The four steps of Xingyiquan are: practicing essence into qi, practicing qi into spirit, practicing divine into emptiness, and practicing emptiness into Taoism. It aims to "correlate man and heaven" and "unity of man and nature". Through its own practice, it can achieve the state of purifying the mind, cultivating sentiments, and sublimating the spirit, and ultimately achieve the harmonious unity of nature, man and thing. In addition, the basic boxing method of Xingyiquan Twelve-shaped boxing is taken from the special skills of twelve animals. It uses form to obtain the mind, and the mind is born from form, and it has both form and essence, and is united inside and outside, making nature used by Li Sen, becoming another connotation of Xingyiquan's "harmony between man and nature".
4. Since Xingyiquan is an internal martial art, Xingyiquan must be able to exert internal strength when practicing Xingyiquan. If you want to develop internal strength, you must first practice internal strength. The main way to practice internal strength is to practice qi. When practicing Qi, it must be in line with the physiological nature of human beings. The boxing classic says: "The transmission of internal strength is very true. If you don't know the meridians and force it to do it, it will be useless and harmful. The front and back are supervised, and the qi flows and rolls, and the well and the pool are both acupoints, and the strength is circulated. There are many changes, and it will not be separated from the root. Only when you get the mystery can you sigh that there is no difficulty. The turtle's tail raises qi, the dantian refines the spirit, the qi descends into the sea, and the light gathers in the heart of the sky." Qi is the source of life for the human body, and all activities of the functions of the internal organs are stimulated by qi. The spirit is the manifestation of whether the qi in the human body is full and whether the internal organs are strong. Therefore, qi and strength are actually the foundation of Xingyiquan. Since it is said that cure diseases and strengthen the body, there must be problems of how to practice qi and promote qi. Since you want to use it for martial arts, you must have the wonders of advance and retreat, transformation, hardness and softness, and transformation, so there is also the problem of how to move vigorously. Qi and strength complement each other, are inseparable from each other, are cause and effect. Only by being able to gather qi and circulate qi can you react quickly, move flexibly, and exert heavy force. When the enemy came, Li Sen gathered the energy between the abdomen and navels, from the waist and back, straight to the top, spread on his limbs, responding at any time, and then he will judge the outcome. Only by being able to move the strength can one be lucky. The energy of the dantian is turned upward from the back, turning it between the chest, filling the abdomen, filling the organs, moving in both ribs, and rushing to the top of the brain, like a nine-curved bead, without any disadvantages. This is the true meaning of the boxing classics: "The spirit is handsome, the energy is handsome, and the shape rises with the energy"; "When exerting strength, you should use the intention to expose it, use the energy to activate it, and use the spirit to fill it with the spirit."
5. Five Elements Boxing and Twelve-shaped Boxing Five Elements Boxing are created based on the principle of mutual generation and restraint of the theory of the five elements (metal, wood, water, fire, and earth) and the dialectical relationship between the unity of opposites of . The movement of attack and defense is used as the method of creating boxing. The correspondence between changes in the external muscles and bones of the human body and the functions of internal organs is the meaning of creating boxing, forming five fists, split, collapse, drill, cannon, and horizontal fists, which are the basis of other types of boxing techniques. The twelve-shaped fist is a traditional routine composed of the life form and fighting strengths of dragon, tiger, monkey, horse, reading, chicken, swallow, harrier, bird platform, snake, eagle, and bear. The twelve forms are boxing techniques that pictically take meaning. In addition to complying with the inherent rules of Xingyiquan, each movement must also strive for imagery. Practice under the command of "intention" and pursue fighting skills and strength of "the dragon has the ability to search bones", "the tiger has the courage to snatch and eat", "the monkey has the spirit to circulate the mountain", "the horse has the ability to slim the hoof", "the horse has the ability to float the water", "the chicken has the courage to bully the water", "the swallow has the ability to pick the water", "the snake has the ability to pull the grass", "the bird platform has the ability to firm the tail", "the eagle has the ability to catch", and "the bear has the ability to firm the neck". By enriching one's body, techniques, legs, and footwork, the skill of Xingyiquan will be taken to a higher level, reach a new level, cure diseases, strengthen the body, and prolong life.
6. Steps to practice Xingyiquan Xingyiquan is an internal martial art, an excellent boxing technique that practices both physical and functional. Therefore, practicing it can strengthen the body and prolong life; practicing it can protect oneself, learning it can cultivate perseverance, learning it can cultivate sentiment, and increasing the fun of life. Therefore, both men, women, young and old can practice, both physical strength and weakness can be practiced, whether you have a basic martial arts foundation, or whether you have a waist or leg skills. However, there must be certain steps to practice Xingyiquan and progress step by step. When practicing Xingyiquan, you must use the three-body posture to learn from human hands. After you have a certain foundation in the Three-Body Stage, you can learn to practice the Five Elements Boxing. After you have a foundation in the Five Elements Boxing, you can practice the "Five Elements Chain Knife", "Five Elements Chain Sword", "Five Elements Chain Gun", "Five Elements Chain Gun", "Five Elements Chain Stick" and other equipment. After having a certain foundation in the Five Elements Boxing, you can learn to practice the twelve forms. On the basis of the twelve forms, you can practice the routines such as "miscellaneous punch", " dragon-shaped sword ", "three-fold knife", " three-tale sword " and other routines. As long as you have the teachings of a wise teacher, your persistent study and pursuit, and your diligent practice, it is not difficult to practice the Three-Body Story, Five Elements Fist, and Twelve Shapes well, three years is enough. The boxing proverb says that "a small success in three years" makes sense, but this is just a small success, which is far from the big success, and is still far from the state of "there is no boxing, no intention, and the true intention in the unintentional state." "A great success in ten years", as long as those with perseverance and ambition practice obsessedly every day, they will definitely succeed and achieve success.
