This year on National Day, Da'an District ushered in its first tourism golden week after winning the third batch of "Tianfu Tourism County". In order to alleviate the congestion and parking difficulties during the holidays, further enhance the image of Tianfu’s famous tourist county, and provide tourists with a more comfortable and convenient tourism experience, Da'an District has taken a series of measures to make parking in scenic spots no longer difficult.
During the National Day Golden Week, Da'an District opened multiple parking lots around the Zigong Dinosaur Museum for tourists to use. Among them, 2,500 underground parking spaces in the Zigong Dinosaur Tourism Comprehensive Service Center (Time and Space·Longmen Town), which is located along the way from the Dinosaur Museum, were opened to the public for the first time. At the same time, from September 23 this year, Da'an District will open 402 parking spaces for government agencies and public institutions during statutory holidays for free use by tourists. 186 traffic civilized persuasives are arranged every day to carry out traffic guidance and parking guidance at scenic spots and important traffic intersections.
In order to bring tourists a richer tourism experience, various scenic spots have also launched National Day-themed sightseeing activities. Zigong Dinosaur Museum, the Salt History Museum and the Colored Lantern Museum jointly launched a series of activities for "Celebrating National Day in the Museum" Salt Dragon Lantern theme study tours, launching "Dragon Palace Little Tutor" and "Youth Dinosaur Master" to take you to visit the Dragon Palace and other self-service dinosaur theme activities. China Colored Lantern World launched theme performances, dazzling electronic music festivals and other activities. Two days before the National Day holiday, Da'an District received 91,200 tourists and achieved a comprehensive tourism income of 2.0575 million yuan.
