


Three niches are located under the Danbi cliff on the west side of the Shimen Reservoir, with a concave of more than 30 feet into a niche-shaped cave. From a distance, there are actually five niches, and niches are connected. It is referred to as one niche well and two niche towers. Inside the three niches, the Bodhisattvas live, the four niches, the Niangniang Building, and the five niches, the old carving nests. The three niches say that there is a temple inside one niche and a holy well next to it. The water is clear and the bottom is not dry, and the water does not overflow. There is a brick tower in the Ming Dynasty in the second niche. The tower is more than 10 meters high and has a unique shape and is ingenious. The tower is destroyed and the foundation is still there. The three niches are deeper and more handsome. The three big characters "Yunfeng Temple" are written on the mountain gate, and were created in the Song Dynasty.

When it was rebuilt during the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty, the foundation site was widened, and more than a dozen halls and pavilions were built successively, with more than 30 houses, originally named Yunfeng Temple, and later renamed Yunfeng Temple, which were repeatedly rebuilt. There is a hanging spring on the north bank, which flows into the pond in front of the hall. There is a huge rock paving the ground in the four niches, like the beautiful building of a girl. There is an old eagle nest in the five niches where two people hugged each other. According to legend, it was formed hundreds of years ago, with hanging and cliff halfway up, and common goshawks circling and crows in groups.

Shimen Reservoir is located in the northwest of Huixian City, Henan Province, and is built by the waters of the Baligou Scenic Area, Jiulian Mountain Scenic Area, and Huilong Scenic Area. In the Shimen Reservoir Scenic Area, the green mountains, green forests, and mountains and water scenery are very beautiful.
