China Northern Chemical Research Institute Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Research Institute Group") is affiliated to China Ordnance Industry Group Co., Ltd. . It is a professional sub-group mainly engaged in fire explosives, chemical defense equipment and fine chemicals. It is a strategic basic industrial base for my country's national defense science and technology industry. It is the only professional industrial cluster of fire explosives scientific research and production and chemical defense equipment in my country. It is the main provider and strong supporter of modern damage and defense technology products for weapons and equipment in the army, navy, air force, rocket force and other military services. Beihua Research Institute Group was established in 1988, and was originally named China Northern Chemical Industry Corporation , and was given the management function of the Fire and Explosives Bureau; in 1999, China Ordnance Industry Group Corporation was established, it was given the management function of the Third Business Department of the Ordnance Industry Group; in 2009, the relevant enterprises and companies contacted by the former Third Business Department were reorganized and integrated into China Northern Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd. ; in 2018, with the establishment of "two institutes and one company", it was adjusted and changed to the current name China Northern Chemical Research Institute Group Co., Ltd., marking the transformation of the Beihua Research Institute Group from a traditional manufacturing enterprise to a leading technology enterprise.
Beihua Research Institute Group has a registered capital of 2.29 billion yuan. It is currently mainly composed of 8 industrial enterprises (6 fire explosion enterprises, 1 chemical defense equipment enterprise, 1 listed company), 2 national reserve warehouses, and 4 trading companies. It has more than 40 wholly-owned and controlled enterprises. The second-level and below member units are distributed in Beijing, Liaoning, Shanxi, Gansu, Shaanxi, Hubei, Sichuan, Jiangsu and other provinces and cities.
After years of development, the Beihua Research Institute Group has formed a unique development model of military-civilian integration of special chemicals. Military products include elemental explosives and mixed explosives, launchers and charges, propellant and charges, energy-containing materials, chemical-proof equipment and other defense products. 2. Position and qualification requirements for campus recruitment

Beihua Research Institute Group Headquarters is located in Beijing and consists of 11 functional departments. It is the strategic decision-making and management center of the subsidiaries, which plays the role of decision-making, coordination, supervision and management on major matters, and implements strategic control, safety control, risk control and common problem control for subsidiaries.
(II) Purple Bamboo Energy Gathering Innovation Center
Purple Bamboo Energy Gathering Innovation Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Innovation Center") is based on the headquarters of the North Chemical Research Institute Group and has been established in cooperation with relevant universities, research institutes and other resource forces. It has also established branch centers in Taiyuan, Shanxi, Luzhou, Sichuan, Liaoning, Liaoyang, Gansu Baiyin, Shaanxi, etc., and is committed to promoting the innovation level of energy-containing materials technology and the improvement of advanced manufacturing level.
(III) Beihua Kaiming Chemical Co., Ltd.
Beihua Kaiming Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kaiming Company") was established in 2000. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beihua Research Institute Group. It undertakes the functions of a centralized procurement platform for bulk raw materials in Ordnance Industry Group. At the same time, it focuses on the external chemical product trade business, and has gradually formed five major business segments in the industry, including bulk raw material supply, external benzene product sales, oil product business sales, product transportation services in the industry and import and export business. Focusing on key procurement sources such as CNPC and Sinopec, four major raw material procurement bases have been established.
(IV) Other qualification requirements
. fresh graduates who should have full-time master's degree or above , graduates from " Double First-Class " construction universities and construction disciplines are preferred, and members of the Communist Party of China are preferred. Among them: Graduates of domestic colleges and universities should be able to graduate before July 31, 2022 and obtain a graduation certificate, degree certificate, and employment registration certificate. Overseas students should graduate before July 31, 2022 and must provide , the Ministry of Education, , foreign academic degree certification. If the state stipulates otherwise, the relevant policies shall be handled.2. Honesty and trustworthy, abide by laws and regulations; good comprehensive qualities, strong pioneering and innovation, research and analysis, text integration and communication skills, and teamwork spirit.
3. In principle, the age of master's graduates shall not exceed 30 years old, and the age of doctoral graduates shall not exceed 35 years old, and they are in good health.
