"T3 PHOTO FESTIVAL TOKYO 2022" is a photography festival with the vision of "Asian Next Generation Photography Culture Cultivation Center", with photography exhibitions, lectures and activities, and student projects as the three pillars. Its predecessor, the Tokyo International Photography Festival, was held in Seongnan Island, Ota-ku in 2015 and in Ueno Park in 2017. ⑥ "The Everyday -Study method-" In the 2020s, smartphones were widely popular, and "Internet" and "photo sharing" had penetrated into our daily lives. Many people are on the side of “shooting/posting” a large number of photos, and their ability to read and understand “photos” should be stronger than ever. But on the other hand, what can the "photos" that have become part of our lives reflect? Just like fish don't know the water around them, photos may be difficult to see because they are inseparable from our lives. At this year's T3 PHOTO FESTIVAL TOKYO, we will focus on "things we know but not know", "things that look very close but far away" and "things that are unconsciously around us." Through the questions raised by my work, I hope to create a place to think about the various “photos” and “everyday life” that appear. Date: 10/1 (Saturday) - 10/30 (Sunday) ⑦ "Projection Nights" T3 PHOTO FESTIVAL TOKYO A new project to be launched this year.
