The Regulations require the municipal public security organs to establish a dynamically adjusted salary and welfare system in conjunction with the municipal human resources and social security and financial departments. The system should comply with the characteristics of the risk, professionalism, and labor intensity of auxiliary police positions, reflect work performance, and adapt to hierarchical and classified management.
Public security organs shall pay social insurance premiums for auxiliary police in accordance with the law and pay housing provident fund; regularly organize auxiliary police to participate in health checks, establish auxiliary police health records, and improve personal accident insurance and other safety guarantees.
In addition, auxiliary police implement a hierarchical promotion system. The municipal public security organs shall reasonably set the quota for auxiliary police at all levels in accordance with relevant regulations and do a good job in hierarchical assessment and lifting of auxiliary police.When public institutions under the public security organs are publicly recruiting staff members , certain positions can be arranged to recruit outstanding auxiliary police officers.
