Recently, 31 grid workers are undergoing training in Lichun Police Station of Pengzhou Public Security Bureau. Before June 30, they will complete the collection of house information in Lichun Town and further update the data in the "one standard and three real" system.
The person who trained 31 grid workers was Wang Xiaojun, deputy director of Lichun Police Station. In early 2020, due to work transfer, he turned from a criminal policeman who solved the case and became a "master housekeeper" in charge of basic work in the police station. On his desk, there are four notebooks used to record daily affairs since the community, public security prevention, "one standard and three real" work promotion, and epidemic prevention and control related content. "There are too many things. I can't remember them by my brain alone, so I will write them in my notebook."
It is understood that since this year, the work of the Hecun Village, Lichun Town, Pengzhou City has been carried out. The original 30 groups are now merged into 18, involving the changes in the gatehouse license plates of every household. "The house number is wrong and the household registration cannot be completed. Issuing various certificates at the police station also requires the house number information. If it is not accurate, it is easy to miss it, which will cause trouble for everyone." Wang Xiaojun introduced that Lichun Town has a total of three areas: Qingxing, Junping and Huajiezi, covering an area of more than 70 square kilometers. In order to make it more convenient for residents in the jurisdiction to do business in the future and the data of the management department are more accurate, Wang Xiaojun took the lead in organizing everyone to carry out this work.

"To ensure the accuracy of the data, you can only walk out by foot." Wang Xiaojun said that at present, the police station has set up a special team composed of 18 civilian and auxiliary police officers to be responsible. The police led the auxiliary police and conducted on-site investigations with the grid workers in the jurisdiction to record the standard addresses of each place. Data shows that in the first quarter of 2021, the accuracy of the "one standard and three real" data of Lichun Police Station increased from the original 30% to 70%, an increase of 40% year-on-year.

Before coming to the police station, Wang Xiaojun was always a criminal policeman. "The two types of work also have many similarities. The logic and rigor of criminal investigation can also be applied to basic work to make things organized and layered. Moreover, whether it is solving cases or basic information, the purpose is to serve everyone."
Wang Xiaojun's idea of drawing a "community grid" in the "one standard and three realities" work is actually related to the original criminal investigation work. He recalled that when he was in criminal investigation, he often needed to draw pictures of the case site. Another time, he found that a resettlement community had almost been moved in while sweeping the street, but the relevant residence information had not been entered in the system. "If you don't register, you will get a household registration for residents in the future. There is no way to issue a certificate. How can you explain it to others?" In this way, Wang Xiaojun and his colleagues cleared it apart bit by bit, and began to sweep streets in a community and street, slowly filling in the information that was left out in the past.
