The Canglong-class submarine has an underwater displacement of 4,100 tons, making it Japan's largest submarine since the I-400 class during World War II. The Canglong-class submarine uses the Stirling-engine air-absorbing propulsion system (AIP), which can quietly power the submarine underwater for up to two weeks. The maximum surface speed is 13 knots and the maximum underwater speed is 20 knots.

I don’t know, but Taiwan-Japan “underwater” security treaty is being formed, from submarines to ships on the sea, and even the borrowing and use of bases in Miyakojima 6, Shimadhi Island, and Miyakojima Strait, the purpose is to form the Taiwan-Japan-Singapore alliance and block the mainland navy from entering the Pacific Ocean.

Huang Jingping analyzed that as long as the Tsai administration came to power, in order to promote Taiwan-Japan relations, from the dispute over Okinobi Islands and reefs to the opening of Taiwan-Japan fishing rights and the opening of Fukushima nuclear disaster food, he is willing to attack Taiwan-Japan's public opinion rebound, because the "this interest" (Canglong-class submarine) is greater. If Song Chuyu and Abe successfully meet at APEC, he also agrees to let the Japanese submarine come in, the Taiwan-Japan-Japan New Military Alliance takes shape, and Taiwan's diplomatic concessions are so great.
