Zhang Lishan said in his speech that New Taipei City is the place with the largest number of Yunlin people in Taiwan, with nearly 800,000 people. In the past, Yunlin County encountered big and small problems, they would ask New Taipei City for help. Chairman Lin Jinzhong donated donations every year to help Yunlin’s weakness, so that everyone could feel the warmth of Yunlin’s fellow villagers.
