The growth cycle of crucian carp is very slow, especially the growth of wild large plates or kilograms is slower. Since your target fish is a big board, you have to hook the place where the big board is in order to catch it. Therefore, you need to find a place that has not dried up or cleared for a long time. There are not many wild rivers in Fujian in the south, but there are quite a lot of reservoirs scattered around. The water surface of the reservoir is wide, the edge and shoreline is winding and long, with a wide range, and the density of fish is small. If you choose the point incorrectly, it will be useless to catch fish. It is very important to choose a good fishing spot. Therefore, the fishing spot I chose this time is a very familiar reservoir - Baoxi Reservoir. This reservoir has not dried up since its establishment. In previous years, there are definitely large plates. I have been busy with work some time ago and I have very little time to fish. I heard from fishermen that the net workers in this library have been rampant recently (no one manages the wild library), "the fish are almost caught", which makes people frown.
Winter is a dry season in the southern region, and there is no rainfall, so the water level of the reservoir drops by 30 to 40 meters, and the area decreases by more than two-thirds. The entire reservoir is full of excitement, and the net workers are really rampant. There is a huge gossip cage every forty or fifty meters on the water surface (there are all in the circles in the picture). Let’s go to the upper reaches of the reservoir first. Because it is a dry season, the terraces in the previous reservoir were covered with weeds, and the old river channel was also exposed at the inlet (two pictures on the right of Figure 2). The water depth is OK, there are places with depth and shallowness. The fishing spot is OK, but it is not the most ideal. The reason is that the river channel is too straight, and there are no obstacles, so it is not avoiding the wind. It is important to choose a spot to find shelter in winter and have obstacles, so give up temporarily.

It is not my style to grab a fishing spot every time. The dam goes to the northeast bank and first reaches a water inlet, which has a water depth of more than five meters, which is not an ideal place to fish for large plates. The reason is that the dry water this year is too severe, which has caused the water level to drop to the lowest point. In previous years, I thought that it would take a long distance to cross mountains and ridges to fish in the middle of the reservoir, and the traffic is too inconvenient. This year, the water level is low, so you can go directly to the middle of the reservoir along the edge of the reservoir. Here are a few abandoned inconspicuous floating rows that raised fish N years ago, which became the new world I discovered. All indicators meet the criteria for selecting points this time: 1. The sunshine time is long, the floating row is close to the center of the warehouse, and sunshine is almost all day long. 2. Take shelter from the wind. Several floating rows are connected. The foam on the floating row is covered with reeds. As long as you don’t fish in the most prominent floating row, the other floating rows are the best wind shelter (from the lower left corner of the picture 2, you can clearly see that the wind and waves on the other side are quite strong, but the waves are calm here). 3. There are obstacles, floating on the water surface in the water, forming natural obstacles that effectively avoid natural enemies. Especially this time, the rampant net workers in the reservoir have become the best shelter for fish, so it shouldn’t be the case! 4. Use 3.9 and 6.3 hand rods to hit two or three poles and found that the water depth is 1.67 meters, so it is determined that the water is a large paddy field under the water. I went around the reservoir for a while and it rained lightly, so I hurriedly put the pole back.
(I) There are many problems with fishing for the first time
After yesterday's selection of points based on my years of experience, because it was my first time fishing, I didn't know whether the fish was good or bad, so I planned to try fishing for a short time, so I set off at around 2:00 in the afternoon. I didn’t expect that I would encounter problems just after I arrived at the fishing spot. Yesterday, the southwest wind blew, and the floating tray was floating on the shore. Today, the wind direction changed. The tray was blown to two or three meters away from the shore, and people couldn’t reach it. After wandering around the shore for a long time, I finally found the iron rack on the old cage and staggered to the floating row and started fishing. But the problem is that one after another, the first thing is to find out is that the bottom of the water is complicated and it will be very low. Yesterday, I chose a point to find the bottom, maybe it just hit the point that didn't hang the bottom. I finally found a relatively unstoppable point, but I couldn't catch it for long, but I started to hang it because the floating row was not fixed and would move with the wind in the water.On the shore, you can use the object on the opposite shore as a reference object. Then, although the fish float is moving, the tip of the rod and the reference object on the opposite shore are fixed, and the tip of the rod and the reference object on the opposite shore form a straight line. Each time the fish float is thrown on this straight line, and the bait drops will basically be at the same den when the amplitude of the rod is similar. The fish steak will move, which means the tip of the rod will move, so the normal throwing rod den will also move. The most taboo thing in fishing is that the den is not fixed. In addition, even if the fish enters the current den, it will always disturb the fish as you hang the bottom and then pull the sub-line. Therefore, this trial fishing trial will end in a relatively failure. However, from the fish caught in two hours of fishing, two large plates, and one of about five pounds of silver carp: five fish are normal, and it is often encountered when fishing in reservoirs. If the bait is too loose, just squeeze it gently. Do not rub it all the time and make it into a dead lump.
Fishing is inevitable to make a nest. As the saying goes, "If you want to catch more, you must make a nest." There are two personal habits for making nests: one is to make nests in advance, that is, throw them into the nest in advance by hand, and then fish after a while. Often, they make nests before meals and fish after meals. When catching big fish, you can make a big nest two or three days in advance and then fishing, which is relatively preferable. Fishing in winter is not as good as in summer and autumn. In winter, fish are less active and slower, so it is an indispensable factor. My buddy and I took the rod down the vinegar at the same time. The distance between the two was more than one meter. The direction of the two was throwing the rod in different directions. If there is water flow below, it will spread to form a fish lure belt. Everyone knows that fish have certain migration routes. Such a long atomized fish-induced fish area is easy to lure fish to the den. The fish that gathers in the nest first will eat the residues of red worm particles, because there are more residues and they can't finish them for a while. When the residues are swept, they will look for wine rice. The wine rice is live soil, so when the bottom of the water, most of the wine rice should be covered with soil.
