Loss of work handling
(I) When the city issues red warning for meteorological disasters , except for government government agencies and enterprises and institutions that directly guarantee the operation of the city, other employers can take measures such as temporary suspension of production, suspension of work, and suspension of business .
(II) The employer should start from the perspective of protecting the safety of employees, and based on this implementation opinion, formulate specific response plans in advance, clarify the personnel and circumstances that should or do not need to go to work, as well as the circumstances of resumption of production, work, and business, and inform employees. After the red warning for meteorological disasters is issued, employers and employees must take corresponding measures in accordance with the specific response plans formulated. Employees who should go to work but cannot arrive on time should contact their unit in a timely manner.
(III) Employee is responsible for missing work due to red warning of meteorological disasters.
