In addition, Yu Youde also has other serious violations of discipline and law. In February 2022, Yu Youde was expelled from the Party and removed from his post in government affairs, and demoted to a tenth-level employee.
Gao Weihua, former director of the Lichuan County Government Affairs Management Center, organized public funds for tourism in violation of regulations. In May 2019, with the approval of Gao Weihua, the county government affairs bureau organized 4 cadres and employees and 7 family members to travel to Xiamen , spending a total of 13,700 yuan, and 11,700 yuan was included in the embezzled security service fees. In June 2020, with the approval of Gao Weihua, the county government affairs bureau organized 10 cadres and employees and 14 families to travel to Lushan Xihai, spending a total of 13,500 yuan, and 5,200 yuan was included in the embezzled security service fees. In addition, Gao Weihua also has other serious violations of discipline and law. In May 2022, Gao Weihua was expelled from the Party and removed from the government, demoted to , and his illegal and discipline-related income was confiscated.
The issue of Ye Jun, secretary of the Party Leadership Group, director and first-level chief clerk of Nancheng County Finance Bureau, illegally distributing subsidies. In February 2021, Ye Jun, then Secretary of the Party Committee of Shangtang Town and First-level Chief Clerk, presided over a meeting of Shangtang Town Party Committee. In December 2019, Guo Jisheng went to Anhui to purchase equipment for Le'an County Grain and Oil Purchase and Sales Company. During this period, Guo Jisheng detoured to Xi'an, Nanjing and other places for tourism, and the tourism expenses were included in the procurement expenses. In May 2022, Guo Jisheng was given a party warning and the money for violations was confiscated.
The second-level police chief Huang Meihua, the Economic Crime Investigation Brigade of Dongxiang District Public Security Bureau, and three others violated regulations to accept banquets, gifts and entertainment arrangements that may affect the fair performance of official duties. From July 2 to 6, 2022, Huang Meihua, the fourth-level police officer of Dongxiang District Public Security Bureau, Hu Yongyao, and the fourth-level police officer of the Dongxiang District Public Security Bureau, illegally accepted banquets from Li Moujun and Yu Moujiang, who were related to the case, and received gifts (a discount of about 3,000 yuan). Huang Meihua and Hu Yongyao also illegally accepted entertainment activities arranged by personnel related to the case. In July 2022, Huang Meihua was given a serious warning within the party and demotion of government affairs; Hu Yongyao was given a serious warning within the party and a serious demerit in the government affairs; Jie Zhengang was given a warning within the party.
The above five typical cases exposed that under the high pressure, there are still a few cadres in our city who deaf ears and are lucky to the spirit of the Central Eight Regulations. These personnel were dealt with seriously, reflecting the municipal party committee's firm determination to attack the "Four Evils" problem and to remove the disease with strong measures, and continue to send a strong signal that the word "strict" is strictly, comprehensively strict, and strict to the end.
