Since childhood, Xiaolin has been deeply troubled by her giant breasts. In May 2020, with the 100,000 yuan saved by working in Malaysia for two years, Xiaolin underwent a huge breast reduction surgery in a medical clinic in Guangzhou under the introduction of her relatives. However, after the operation, the wound could not heal for a long time, the areola was severely asymmetric, the scalpel at the infection continued to flow pus, and the entire breast was full of holes.

Since then, Xiaolin has been traveling with Guangzhou, Chengdu and Chongqing, hoping to repair scars and solve problems such as chest asymmetry. In November 2020, Xiaolin completed a restorative surgery at Chongqing Xingrong Plastic Surgery Hospital with the support of Xinyang Charity. After MDT's multidisciplinary joint consultation, Professor Wu Yiping, the principal of the surgery, innovated the surgical method and attached a small and short incision to the breast level to achieve the effect of breast lifting, internal blood fixation, and partial gland resection, so that after breast modification, it can be close to normal size and avoid scarring.

"Strictly speaking, big breasts are a disease. Because big breasts can cause shoulder and neck pain, inconvenient movement, and even increase the risk of breast cancer, which falls within the scope of disease treatment." Professor Wu bluntly stated that abnormal appearance characteristics can also lead to increased psychological burden. The repair surgery lasts 3-4 hours, which is a normal time range in the industry, only half of Xiaolin's first surgery.

Xiaolin is not an isolated case. Half a year later, 7-year-old Qiqi also completed a repair surgery at the Southwest Rescue Base of Xinyang Charity.

When he was two years old, Qiqi suffered severe burns on her face due to accidental facial and neck scalds, and the problems of scald scars and tissue contractures on her face and neck were not solved. Facing the strange look of her classmates, she cried and said to her mother, "I don't want my neck like this!"

"Qiqi had a 7-hour operation in Chongqing. It was not until the operation came out that my daughter called me, and I felt relieved." Qiqi's grandmother admitted that for divorced families, it was because of public welfare assistance that the children were given new hope.
