Traffic police dispatched more police forces to provide emergency rescue until around 12 o'clock, and road traffic returned to normal. Deputy Captain Yang of Zhenyuan County Traffic Police Brigade, who was commanding rescue and warding on the spot, introduced: The accident site was the main traffic road, and the road surface was excavated and backfilled shortly after it was excavated and backfilled. It was the peak time of traffic, and five traffic police officers from the brigade were on duty on this section of the road. A tractor full of cement bricks was running on a soft mud road at the entrance of the gas station, the left rear wheel of the vehicle was stuck in the mud and could not move. Just as the traffic police were preparing to rescue, a larger dump truck loaded with sand was preparing to bypass the accident vehicle, the right rear wheel of the vehicle suddenly fell into the road and almost overturned. The two cars occupied most of the road surface in an accident, resulting in temporary traffic congestion on the road section.
It is understood that in response to this situation, Zhenyuan Traffic Police immediately activated the emergency plan, communicated with the county road renovation department to establish linkage, and dispatched police forces to guide and divert vehicles. Under the command of the traffic police, the dump truck unloads the sand on the spot and climbs out of the mud by itself. The tractor was in dilemma by bulldozers dispatched by the road renovation department. At around 12 o'clock, traffic on this section returned to normal. The Zhenyuan County road renovation department dispatched excavators to dig out the sludge and backfilled the hard sand and stone to ensure that the section of the road will no longer swallow heavy vehicles.
