What foods are produced by gas?
1. Foods with high starch: potatoes, pumpkin, taro, sweet potatoes, etc. These foods are rich in starch, sugar, cellulose and meat eaten. After fermentation by intestinal bacteria, a large amount of hydrogen sulfide and ammonia will be produced. If it cannot be discharged for a while and accumulates in the intestines, it will cause gastrointestinal flatulence.
2. Soy products, especially flatulence: Tofu, soy milk, tofu brain, etc. There are several anti-nutritional factors, two of which are related to the gastrointestinal tract. One is pancreatic protease inhibin, which is a substance that can keep protease active in the body. If too much intake will affect the digestion of protein and have a stimulating effect on the gastrointestinal tract; the other is gastrointestinal flavour factor, which can cause gastrointestinal flavour, diarrhea, and indigestion.
3. Crusogenic vegetables cause bloating: such as broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts and cabbage contain a complex sugar called trisaccharide. This sugar is more difficult to absorb by the human body than other types of sugar. When it is difficult to absorb in the intestines, gas bloating will occur.
4. Lactose intolerant and easy to bloat: If you drink milk within an hour, you feel bloating or diarrhea, or even more serious, this is a typical symptom of lactose intolerance. If you are bloating because lactose is intolerant, your best choice is not to give up milk, but to drink lactose-free milk, or to take some pills that help break down lactose.
5. Eating too much salt will make you bloated: eating too much salt at one time will cause your body to store water, which will cause bloating. Therefore, when eating, try to avoid high-salt foods, such as packaged foods, fried foods, and especially instant noodles. The salt contained in a portion is close to the human body's daily demand. Instead, use more fresh vegetables to drink whole wheat food .
Eat some exhaust food when you have a bloating stomach. There are many reasons for stomach bloating, mostly because of eating too fast or the food itself causes bloating.
What foods are there for bloating?
kumquat, radish, hawthorn, knives , Chinese cabbage, celery, winter melon, fennel, orange, etc.
The stomach is bloating, but it is actually the intestines that there is excess gas.
The intestines of normal people will produce about 7-10L of gas every day. Most of these gases are reabsorbed by the human body, and only a small part is discharged from the body in the form of hiccups and or exhaust.
If too much gas is generated in the intestine or the channel is not so smooth, too few exhausts or no exhausts will form bloating.
