Regarding the notice posted by the military and police, a local citizen said that on the evening of March 21, the military and police drove a military vehicle and a private car to paste the notice everywhere. We have KIA family members here. They paste the notice, which is questionable.

It is reported that Nanmadi Town is located in Mooning County, Kachin State, very close to the KIA control area. A few years ago, military forces and the KIA broke out from time to time within the jurisdiction of Nanmadi Town.
