September 22-28, Li Gaoyan, dean of Guangxi Hezhou Vocational College, led a group of 14 teachers to Hualien County, Taiwan to participate in the "Cross-Strait Urban Education Forum". With the theme of "Technology Benefits Humanities and Diversified Exhibition and Promotion of Art", they conducted discussions, group discussions and on-site visits, shared teaching experience, and sought cooperation opportunities with cross-strait education scholars from Taiwan, Sichuan, Hebei, Jilin, Shanghai and other places.

Visiting group visited Tzu Chi University of Science and Technology in Taiwan, Nantou Advanced Business Vocational School, Taipei Ocean University of Science and Technology, Deming University of Finance and Economics and Technology and other universities, and held discussions with various schools in Taiwan on management models, professional settings, curriculum settings, training base construction, school-enterprise cooperation, and vocational education and teaching. The visiting group also further learned about the vocational education and teaching situation and the current situation of education and teaching reform in Taiwan through visiting the school history exhibition and inspecting campus construction and training rooms, and signed a cooperation intention agreement with Deming University of Finance and Economics.

Visiting Group introduced the environmental characteristics, longevity resources, local customs and folk customs of "World Longevity City" Hezhou City to all schools. Teachers and students from Taiwan welcomed Taiwanese universities to visit Hezhou for exchanges, study and life. They hope to strengthen the exchange of experience with Taiwan vocational education, improve the quality of Hezhou vocational education, and promote the development of vocational education in the two places.
