In the early morning of June 10, 2022, a case of provoking trouble and violent beatings slaughtering trouble and violent beatings occurred in a barbecue restaurant in Lubei District, Tangshan City, causing a bad impact and arousing widespread attention. After investigation, on June 7, 2022, Chen Mouliang (male, 43 years old) and four others drove from Jiangsu to Tangshan, Hebei, and conspired with Chen Mouzhi (male, 41 years old) and others to commit illegal and criminal activities of online gambling and money laundering. In the early morning of June 10, Chen Mouzhi and five others and Chen Mouliang and four others gathered at a barbecue restaurant in Lubei District, Tangshan City. During this period, at 2:40, Chen Mouzhi harassed Wang Moumou (female, 31 years old) who was dining in the same store after get off work. After being rejected, he colluded with Ma Mouqi (male, 25 years old), Chen Mouliang and others to beat Wang Moumou, Liu Moumou (female, 29 years old), etc. He fled at 2:47, and at 2:55, the four victims were sent to the hospital from 120. On June 12, with the approval of the procuratorate, nine suspects were arrested.
After the victim seeking medical treatment, Yuan (female, 24 years old) and Li (female, 29 years old) left on their own after being examined by the hospital without staying in the hospital for treatment; Wang and Liu were hospitalized in the general ward for treatment, and their injuries have improved. During the investigation of the case, the public security organs found other clues of illegal crimes by the suspect Chen Mouzhi: On December 12, 2015, Chen Mouzhi instructed Liu, Gao Mou, Hou Mouliang and Wang to beat Shang Moukai and illegally detained him after the injury was found. Shang Moukai was found to be slightly injured. On September 23, 2018, Chen Mouzhi knew that the car he had paid off from him was stealing a vehicle, but he still instructed Mo Mouyu and Fan Mousong to conceal the facts and pledge the car to a loan of 148,000 yuan. On June 9, 2022, Chen Mouzhi, Chen Mouliang, Li Mou and seven others carried out illegal and criminal activities of online gambling and money laundering in a hotel in Tangshan, with funds involved in the case of 660,300 yuan. The above-mentioned suspect has been arrested and brought to justice. In addition, the public security organs also found other clues of illegal and criminal activities such as Chen Mouzhi, Chen Mouliang, Shen Moujun, Ma Mouqi, Li Mou and others, such as provoking trouble, gathering crowds to fight, opening casinos, and whether the relevant personnel are suspected of crimes committed by organized crimes, they are currently stepping up investigations and investigations.
In recent days, the public security organs at the municipal and county levels of Tangshan have opened reporting telephone numbers and set up reporting emails, and have mobilized the masses to report various illegal and criminal clues through on-site reception and online collection. The public security organs are comprehensively sorting out and analyzing, verifying and classifying them one by one. For key clues, especially clues involving gangs and evil, they have adopted the methods of listing supervision, using police in other places, and upgrading jurisdiction, and quickly conducting verification and investigation in accordance with the law, and resolutely investigate and thoroughly investigate.
