The equipment includes procurement and inspection laboratories, which mainly carry out vaccine development, biological agent research and development, epidemic prevention material preparation and other related epidemic prevention work; it is expected that 4 billion yuan will be invested in the seven-year period from 2021 to 2027, and the "epidemic prevention center" budget is not mainly for the development of new crown pneumonia vaccines, so the "special budget" will not be used and will be listed in the official budget year by year from next year.
Why did Su Zhenchang approve the construction plan of this "epidemic prevention center"? In addition, regarding the production of masks, the administrative agency also pointed out that the economic department has ensured that the daily raw material supply of 20 million flat masks is safe, and about 20 new private machines will be launched one after another.
