After a fire rescue personnel arrived at the scene, they found that a tanker truck rear-ended the semi-trailer at the scene. The entire cab of the tanker truck had overturned 90 degrees, and the driver was stuck in the steering wheel and could not move. The fire rescue personnel immediately launched a break-up rescue operation and used a hydraulic dilator to support the cab to expand the rescue space. After twenty minutes of rescue, the trapped driver was successfully rescued and sent to a 120 ambulance.
