This visit is one of the "Seven Comes and Seven Gosses" activities of the Cross-Strait Olympic Committee this year. It aims to organize outstanding athletes in the street dance, roller skating, skateboarding, rock climbing and other events that young people like to visit Taiwan, go deep into the grassroots and schools for exchanges, enhance understanding and friendship between young people on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, and promote the common progress of sports on both sides of the Taiwan Strait.
Fan Guangsheng said in an interview with reporters in Taipei on the 2nd that youth exchanges are an important part of cross-strait sports exchanges. Ma Yingying, a rock climber from Mashan, Guangxi, came to Taiwan for the first time for exchange. She said that Taiwanese athletes are brave enough to challenge the difficulty of rock climbing, while mainland China has advantages in rock climbing speed. I hope to make some friends in Taiwan and welcome them to climb the natural cliffs in mainland China.

23-year-old Taiwanese youth Xie Mulun won the bronze medal in the adult group of the freestyle roller skating event held in Nanjing in 2017. He will also go to Shanghai to participate in the competition in two weeks.
Xie Mulun said in an interview that he is very happy that the mainland exchange group visits, which can increase their understanding of each other and hopes that he will have the opportunity to communicate more in the mainland.
