1. The vaccination certificate is encoded as 18 digits, and the code is located on the first page of the vaccination certificate. If the newborn does not have a vaccination certificate, the code can be replaced by the parent's ID number. If the last bit of the ID card is X, it cannot be used to replace the code. Only one baby can be added to an ID number.
2. Only the first appointment is made instead of the parent ID number. Parents are asked to make timely changes to the subsequent appointment and enter the correct "vaccination certificate code".
3. Select "Cangshan District Jianxin Town Health Center" to the vaccination location, and the error number source of the reservation location is invalid.
