1. Recruitment scope and registration conditions
(I) Recruitment scope
1. Open recruitment of teachers for college graduates:
Graduates of ordinary colleges and universities nationwide, master's degree students are under 30 years old (born after January 1, 1992), undergraduate age is under 28 years old (born after January 1, 1994), junior college age is under 25 years old (born after January 1, 1997). 2. Open recruitment of teachers for in-service teachers:
Age under 40 years old (born after January 1, 1982), those who meet the corresponding conditions can be relaxed to 45 years old (born after January 1, 1977), and have been engaged in teaching at the compulsory education school for 3 years or more (working hours are calculated until the month when the announcement is released, and they are still engaged in teaching at this position). For details on recruitment quotas and qualification conditions, please refer to the "2022 Zhengzhou Zhongyuan District Public Recruitment of Teachers Positions and Conditions for In-service Teachers" (Appendix 2).
(II) Registration conditions
1. Basic conditions: Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, resolutely implement the party's line, principles and policies, love the cause of education, abide by laws and regulations, have good conduct, and be healthy.
2. 2022 fresh graduates must obtain the corresponding graduation certificate and degree certificate before July 31, 2022. If the postponed due to the epidemic, the actual graduation time announced by the state shall prevail. If the corresponding certificate is not obtained within the specified time, the employment qualification shall be disqualified.
3. Teacher qualification certificate. Have the teacher qualification certificate for the stage of study you are applying for, and the qualification certificate is the same as the subject you are applying for. Graduates of 2021 and 2022 who have not yet obtained a teacher qualification certificate due to the epidemic can apply first. If they are hired, they must obtain the corresponding teacher qualification certificate within one year's probation period. If they fail to obtain it within the specified time, the employment qualification will be disqualified.
4. Any of the following circumstances is not allowed to apply for the exam:
(1) are being investigated and investigated by judicial organs and discipline inspection and supervision organs;
(2) Personnel who have been criminally punished for crimes and have been dismissed from public office;
(3) Those who are found to have committed serious violations of discipline such as fraud in recruitment at all levels;
(4) are now Veterans, students from ordinary colleges and universities (except for fresh college graduates of 2022), newly hired staff of public institutions whose probation period is not over, and staff of public institutions whose minimum service period is not over;

5. Additional points conditions: According to relevant national, provincial and municipal policies and regulations, college student village cadres who participated in the Zhengzhou "College Student Village Cadres" plan and who have served in rural areas for more than 2 years and passed the annual assessment, and those who have applied and met the recruitment conditions will be given a total score of 10 points; those who have retired college student soldiers who have applied and met the recruitment conditions will be given a total score of 10 points. 2. Recruitment procedure
(I) Recruitment information
On June 7, 2022, recruitment information was released on the People's Government Network of Zhongyuan District, Zhengzhou City (http://www.zhongyuan.gov.cn). The announcement time is 7 working days.
(II) Online registration
This recruitment examination will be conducted through online registration. Online registration technical consultation hotline: 400-998-5398.
1. Registration time: June 16, 2022 9:00 to June 18 17:00. Candidates click to log in to the online registration system (http://122.114.205.10:8007) to register online, and fill in their personal registration information and upload photos as required after applying for the subject. Photos uploaded by must comply with the system regulations: clear and non-deformed, one or two inches of recent frontal no-crown ID photos, red, blue, and white, and JPG format. When using picture software to make it, the image size is 130 pixels wide and the height is 160 pixels. The final effect is based on the output size. The width and height ratio is about 1.3:1.6, and the pixel size is less than 200kb, so that it can be used when making an admission ticket. Registration must be consistent with the second generation ID card (or temporary ID card during the valid period) used during the examination. Applicants must truthfully fill in the registration information according to the personal situation displayed on their graduation certificate, ID card and other relevant documents. If the information is inconsistent or false information is deliberately filled in, they will be handled in accordance with the "Regulations on Handling Discipline and Regulatory Violations of Public Recruitment in Public Institutions".
2. Initial qualification review: 9:00 on June 16, 2022 to 17:00 on June 19. The recruiting unit conducts preliminary qualification review and photo quality inspection of the information filled in by the applicants based on the recruitment conditions, and submits review opinions within 1 day after the applicants register. If the review fails, the reasons shall be explained; if the photo quality does not meet the requirements, the photo should be uploaded again. If the applicant who fails to pass the review fails to fill in the application as required, the applicant shall bear the consequences. Applicants can log in to the original registration website after filling in the application information 1 day after filling in the application information, and check whether they have passed the initial qualification review.
3. Pay online. After the initial qualification review is approved, the applicant will log in to the original registration website to pay the examination fee of 30 yuan ( Alipay or WeChat) from 12:00 on June 16, 2022. Those who fail to pay the fee on time will be deemed to be automatically given up. After the payment is successful, please print the "2022 Zhengzhou Zhongyuan District Public Recruitment Teachers Registration Information Form" (the registration system automatically generates A4 paper format) for use when confirming the interview qualification.
4. Print the written examination admission ticket. The printing time for the admission ticket will be notified separately on the Zhongyuan District People's Government Network of Zhengzhou City (http://www.zhongyuan.gov.cn). Candidates who have successfully paid the fee should pay attention and log in to the original registration website within the specified time to print their admission ticket (A4 paper format). The applicant shall bear the consequences of the applicant failing to print the written examination admission ticket in time or accidentally losing the written examination admission ticket due to storage.
(III) Precautions for applying for
1. Applicants can only choose one subject to apply. If the ratio of the number of applicants to the number of candidates to be recruited in each subject is less than 5:1, the proportion of candidates for examinations can be appropriately reduced with the research and approval of the district’s open education work leading group, but it must not be less than 3:1. If the requirements are not met after the reduction, the number of recruitment places in the subject will be reduced until cancelled.
2. The information submitted and relevant materials provided by applicants when registering must be true and valid, and a letter of integrity commitment is signed when registering.Anyone who finds that the applicant does not match the qualification requirements required for the subject to be hired or provides false materials shall be cancelled and the examination and employment qualification shall be handled in accordance with the "Regulations on Handling Discipline and Regulatory Violations of Public Recruitment in Public Institutions".
3. Candidates should read carefully and fully understand the announcement content about this exam, and confirm that they meet the registration requirements for the recruitment subject.
(IV) Written test
1. The specific time and location of the written test shall be subject to the written test admission ticket. Candidates will take the exam at the specified time and place with their written examination admission ticket and their second-generation ID card (or temporary ID card) within the valid period. Those with different certificates are not allowed to take the written examination.
2. The written test is conducted in a unified manner by unified question setting, unified organization and unified scoring. The full score of the written test is 100 points, including public basic knowledge, education, basic principles of psychology, educational theory knowledge, education regulations, knowledge, new curriculum reform concepts, textbook teaching methods, student and class management, etc.
3. If there are any violations in the written test, it shall be handled in accordance with the "Regulations on Handling Discipline and Regulatory Acts for Public Recruitment of Public Institutions".
4. The written test score inquiry announcement is released on the People's Government website of Zhongyuan District, Zhengzhou City (http://www.zhongyuan.gov.cn).
5. The written examination admission ticket must be properly kept after the written examination. The written examination admission ticket is used as a valid certificate for the candidates to confirm the qualifications for the interview. If the consequences caused by the candidates' careless loss of the storage, the candidates shall bear the personal responsibility.
(V) Interview qualification confirmation
According to the order of written test scores of each subject from high to low, the person who enters the interview qualification confirmation is determined according to the ratio of 3:1 to the number of people to be recruited. If the written test scores are tied, they will enter the interview qualification confirmation stage together. Candidates who have passed the interview qualification confirmation will receive the "Interview Notice" on site. 1. College graduates must carry the following materials for confirming their interview qualifications:

2. The following materials are required to confirm the interview qualification of in-service teachers:

(6) Applicants who are returning from studying abroad must also hold the foreign academic degree certification issued by the Ministry of Education Study Abroad Service Center.
If the same subject fails to meet the 3:1 ratio requirement for the same subject due to the candidate's voluntary waived or the interview qualification is cancelled, the number of candidates who have written test scores from high to low will be replaced in order of the subject's written test scores from high to low, and the replacement will only be performed once. If the interview ratio requirements are still not met after the replacement, the ratio of the examination can be appropriately reduced after the approval of the district's open recruitment work leading group, but it must not be less than 2:1 ratio. If the requirements are still not met after the reduction, the number of recruitment places in the subject will be reduced until cancelled. If the candidate fails to confirm the interview qualification due to personal reasons, they will be deemed to have automatically waived the interview qualification. (VI) Interview
1. The list of interviewees is announced on the People's Government of Zhongyuan District, Zhengzhou City (http://www.zhongyuan.gov.cn). Candidates should gather at the time and place specified in the "Interview Notice" and hold their second-generation ID card (or temporary ID card within the valid period) and the "Interview Notice" to participate in the interview. Those who have different certificates are not allowed to participate in the interview.
2. Interview format, scope and content
(1) Interview format
Interview is conducted in a combination of trial lectures and defense. The interview score is 100 points. The trial lecture is simulated by no students, and the score accounts for 70% of the total interview score. The defense mainly tests professional knowledge related to education and teaching, and the score accounts for 30% of the total interview score. Among them, candidates who apply for the preschool teacher for sports, music, art, English and will be given the test lecture defense and the professional skills test (the relevant professional skills of the subjects reported). The interview score = test lecture defense score × 50% + professional skills test score × 50%.
(2) Trial lecture scope
High school: Experimental textbook for the current general high school curriculum standards;
Junior high school: Experimental textbook for the current general junior high school curriculum standards;
Primary school: Experimental textbook for the current compulsory education curriculum standards;
Kindergarten: Select relevant teaching content from the five major areas of kindergarten (health, language, science, society, art);
Special education: Compulsory education curriculum standards for the Ministry of Education Peizhi School.
(3) Defence questions scope

3. The total test score = written test score × 40% + interview score × 60%. In the order from high to low score, it will be announced on the website of Zhongyuan District People's Government of Zhengzhou City (http://www.zhongyuan.gov.cn). The interview scores and the total exam scores are calculated to double digits after the decimal point.
(VII) Physical examination
Determine the list of physical examination personnel according to the order of the total score from high to low in the subject according to the ratio of 1:1 for the number of people employed in the subject. If the total score is parallel, enter the physical examination stage. The physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the "Henan Province Teacher Qualification Applicants Physical Examination Standards (Revised in 2017)". The physical examination costs shall be borne by the candidates themselves. (eight) Inspection

Those who have no objection to the public announcement shall go through the relevant employment procedures in accordance with regulations.
Newly hired personnel have a one-year probation period, during which their wages, benefits and benefits are implemented in accordance with relevant national, provincial and municipal regulations. The minimum service period is three years.
3. Work requirements
(I) Education recruitment and work must be carried out strictly in accordance with the prescribed procedures. 4. Other matters
(I) Qualification review runs through the entire process of recruitment work. If a candidate is found to have committed fraud or violated the recruitment regulations, his/her employment qualification will be cancelled.
(II) The employed personnel will be allocated by the district education bureau based on the vacancies in the school. Those who disobey the assignment will be disqualified from hiring.
(III) The contact number left by applicants during the recruitment process should be kept unobstructed (6:00 am to 22:00 pm).
