You can choose Chinese or English according to your personal actual situation to check your vaccination records on the corresponding interface.
Simplified Chinese (Chinese) status
Query your vaccination record
Step 1:
Open the Health Kit (Health Code) applet and select Simplified Chinese (Chinese). Click the "Health Service Appointment Inquiry" button to enter the health service nucleic acid and vaccine page.
Step 2:
Click the "Vaccination" button and enter the "Vaccination" page to view your current vaccination record.
status 1:
"No Inoculation History" status.
Click the question mark button on the right side of the vaccination record to display a warm reminder of the status of "No Inoculation History".
Status 2:
has submitted an application through the relevant organizational unit, and has not started vaccination, prompting the status of "Having Applied for and Yet to Receive Vaccination".

Status 3:
has completed the first dose of vaccination, prompting the status of "First Dose Administered".
Click the "Warm Tips" button below the vaccination record to display a warm reminder for the status of "First Dose Administered".
Status 4:
has completed the first and second doses of vaccination, prompting the status of "Vaccination Completed (Immunization Series Completed)".
Click the "Warm Tips" button below the vaccination record to display a warm reminder for the status of "Immunization Series Completed".
English (English) status

Status 1:
"No Inoculation History" status
Click the question mark button on the right side of the vaccination record to display a warm reminder for the status of "No Inoculation History".
Status 2:
