When it comes to the creation of this "new business card", we have to mention Zhu Naimei, the principal of Xunyang Road Primary School.
After ten years of teaching at Xunyang Road Primary School, Zhu Naimei began to serve as the principal of Xunyang Road Primary School in 1998. When he was the principal for the first time, when facing a school with little recognition, Zhu Naimei began to "reform". The lecture notes for a year record nearly 400 lessons in detail; the teacher’s “notes” are more than 70 articles at a time… Zhu Naimei walked into the classroom, listened to the teaching, and started research from the “real” problems in practice.
1998, in the face of extremely scarce resources, Zhu Naimei began to promote cooperation between Xunyang Road Primary School and East China Normal University. Starting from the teaching of subjects, he integrated the learning method into teaching, and explored the teaching rules of different disciplines, which significantly improved students' academic performance.
But Zhu Naimei's "heart" is not limited to this: "Are we only going to improve our academic performance? Where is the development and value of human beings?" Zhu Naimei kept thinking, continuing to lead teachers to construct new educational values, and strive to return to the origin of education, so that every child's inner world is rich and pursuing.
"In my mind, Xunyang's children are 'exquisite'. They are free, open, agile, confident, and sunny!" Zhu Naimei spent 25 years to find the answer for her initial thinking: the most precious thing in a school is the students.

2012, in order to further interpret children scientifically and accurately, the school introduced resources to carry out children's portrait evaluation research with the help of information technology, evaluated each child one by one from five dimensions, identified students' learning characteristics, respected students' individual differences, and carried out improved research on strategies based on "learning", which greatly improved the accuracy of students' learning.
In 2015, the school made a large structure from the curriculum chain, constructing a new style of "subject-wide-region-comprehensive" curriculum, and formed a three-stage comprehensive curriculum system with progressive "theme-wide-region-modular" in the three grades of low, middle and high. Every morning, children conduct separate subjects and conduct comprehensive activities in the afternoon to do all kinds of "fun" things.

fully meet the needs of students' all-round development in a small campus? Zhu Naimei not only designed campus cultural scenes and spatial layouts with the teachers, but also created an underground activity venue of nearly 1,500 square meters with the teachers. This is the "Xunyang" Dream Factory. Here, children can explore, discover and create like engineers, artists, and scientists. Zhu Naimei said that when space design is integrated with the course, children's experience of beauty and inspiration for creation are about to break out.

has been deeply rooted in the campus for more than 30 years. Principal Zhu Naimei has educated countless people, including Sun Jiqin, who is currently the leader of the physical education teaching and research group of Xunyang Road Primary School and the general instructor of campus football .
Sun Jiqin was a student of Xunyang Road Primary School. During his time at school, he served as the captain of the school football team. In a football final, Sun Jiqin accidentally got injured and ended up in the game. During the halftime break, the coach asked him to say something, "There are people who are bold and speak well." Unexpectedly, with everyone's efforts, the team won the championship. As he limped towards the podium, a pair of powerful hands held him, and it turned out to be Principal Zhu Naimei!
"I listened to your on-site guidance and had a coaching style. Do you want to be a football coach or a physical education teacher when you grow up?" "I want to be a physical education teacher!" "Then you must work hard, you have great potential, I am optimistic about you!"...
Time flows, and now Sun Jiqin has worked in Xunyang Road Primary School for 8 years. Every step of his growth was guided patiently and meticulously. She teaches the rational planning of the playground step by step; she invites experts to help the team discuss the school's physical education courses... Zhu Naimei always said that young people must dare to rush and speak, and only then can education have hope!

"I want to train every Xunyang child to become a 'happy and meaningful ordinary person'." This is Zhu Naimei's simple wish now. As early as 2005, she proposed the "Xunyang" culture by leveraging the homonym of the school name "Xunyang". In Chinese, the original meaning of "Xun" is "really true". She hopes that teachers need an honest and realistic attitude when doing life and learning; "Yang" refers to sunshine, which nourishes all things and nurtures life. "Searching the Yang" means "to find the most beautiful dawn in life for every child."
Nowadays, the "Xuyang" culture is constantly enriching, but what remains unchanged is Zhu Naimei's sincere heart to take root in Xunyang and strive to do a good job in basic education.
