Regarding this infringement, Qunchuang stated that it had filed a patent infringement lawsuit with the Shenyang Intermediate People's Court on the 10th of this month.

Both parties have long been full of gunpowder, so it can only be said that it is not surprising that the infringement is re-claimed. Regarding Huike's infringement, Qunchuang stated in the announcement that "Shenzhen Huaxing Optoelectronics (TCL Huaxing Optoelectronics) also filed a patent lawsuit against Huike in the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court on April 26 this year, including Huike's 23.6-inch, 32-inch, 43-inch and 59-inch LCD panels. The case issued a lawsuit in mid-November this year, requiring Huike to stop producing infringing products. Huike said, "The State Intellectual Property Office has not yet made a decision, and the effectiveness of the patent rights is to be determined." And "Huaxing Optoelectronics' patents fall within the scope of the company's patent rights protection. They will exercise the company's patent rights in the form of infringement lawsuits and demand assets and behavior preservation."
In this case of Qunchuang's re-selling lawsuit against Huike's large-size panel infringement, Huike has not yet responded.
