The resolution pointed out that Russia's military operations against Ukraine have had "serious humanitarian consequences", demanded the promotion of the establishment of a humanitarian corridor, and demanded that Russia stop fighting and withdraw troops. The resolution was ultimately failed to be passed under pressure from the United States, including 140 countries, including the United States, voted in favor, Russia, Belarus , North Korea, Syria and Eritrea 5 countries, and the remaining 38 countries, including China, voted abstained.

The only difference between the latter and the former is that it does not contain relevant content that condemns Russia. In their opinion, politicizing humanitarianism is more important than providing humanitarian assistance to the Ukrainians in need.
Since the outbreak of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, United Nations and relevant international organizations have held more than ten emergency meetings on the current situation. Any resolutions that voted by the United States and European countries without exception include condemning Russia and pressured Russia to withdraw troops. Now on humanitarian issues, the United States and European countries are still politicizing, ignoring the lives of millions of Ukrainians. Instead, they are the first to seize the "moral high ground" and criticizing Russia.
The United States and Western countries try to join forces to isolate Russia, but this approach is only further intensifying the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, and will only "add fuel to the fire" in resolving the Ukrainian issue. The most important and realistic problem now is that Western countries should give up their high attitude of acting as humanitarian "teachers" and take an objective and rational attitude to make due efforts to resolve the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine, rather than saying something out loud or doing something behind their backs.
This Russian-Ukrainian conflict, although the United States and Western countries did not directly send troops to participate, they were constantly fanning the flames behind the scenes. While the negotiations between Russia and Ukraine have made slight progress, the United States is still delivering weapons to Ukraine. Western military-industrial enterprise was also exposed to publicly recruiting a large number of mercenaries for Ukraine and sending them to the forefront of the Russian-Ukrainian confrontation. The United States and Western countries are truly pushing the situation toward conflict and complications. In response to the current situation, China once again stood up and spoke out for justice. At this UN General Assembly, China's Permanent Representative to the United Nations Ambassador Zhang Jun made four propositions on behalf of China: welcome any initiatives and measures that will help alleviate or resolve the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine; the spillover benefits of the Ukrainian crisis should be prevented from further impacting the global impact; international and regional hot issues cannot be dealt with only with force and sanctions; insisting on dialogue and negotiation is still the only way to deal with the Ukrainian crisis.
The crisis in Russia and Ukraine is getting worse and worse. Once again, it shows that the current world is facing major changes unseen in a century. Many countries are forced to be involved in the game of big powers and suffer the consequences of geopolitical conflicts. But today's world is not right or wrong, either friendly or enemy, or black or white. No country has the right to force other countries to choose sides, and the United States and Western countries should not implement "double standards" in the international community.
