Original name: Cody Garrett Runnels Rhodes (born June 30, 1985) is an American professional wrestler and actor. He is currently signed with WWE, where he performs under the Raw brand. Currently, he is suspended due to injury. Rhodes is also known for his experience in All Elite Wrestling (AEW), where he served as executive vice president and is the first and three-time AEW TNT champion.

Rhodes in 2006 to He made a name for his first term in WWE in 2016, where he performed under his real name as well as the gimmick and ring name Stardust, his half-brother Goldust character. Rhodes also participates in a variety of other well-known promotions including Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA), Ring of Honor (ROH) and New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW). In addition to wrestling , he also served as a judge in the competition series Go-Big Show and starred in the reality show Rhodes to the Top with his wife Brandi Rhodes.
Rhodes is the son of wrestler Dusty Rhodes and the half-brother of wrestler Dustin Rhodes. After his amateur wrestling career made him a two-time Georgia champion, he followed his father and brother into the professional ranks and joined WWE in 2006, initially assigned to the company’s development field Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW). After becoming OVW’s triple crown, he was promoted to WWE’s main lineup in 2007 and stayed there for 9 years, performing under his real name and later stardust as a gimmick. During his tenure at WWE, Rhodes won the Intercontinental Champion twice and was a prolific doubles wrestler who won six world doubles titles (three world doubles titles and three WWE doubles titles) with four independent doubles partners. Rhodes left WWE after requesting release in May 2016.
After leaving WWE, Rhodes began wrestling on the Independence Tour and made several appearances in TNA. Because WWE owns the name Cody Rhodes, he wrestled under the name Cody for short until 2020 when WWE abandoned their trademark. In the time frame from early 2016 to early 2017, he participated in the final match of WWE's WrestleMania, ROH and the NJPW's Wrestling Kingdom event and appeared in Bound for Glory's Impact Wrestling (formerly TNA). In September 2017, Rhodes wrestled at ROH, where he became a one-time ROH world champion. He later became an IWGP American Heavyweight Champion and a ROH World Six Tag Team Champion (along with the Young Bucks ).In September 2018, he won the NWA World Heavyweight Championship (due to ROH's collaboration with the National Wrestling League (NWA)), and he and Dusty became the first father and son to win the championship. Total between WWE, AEW, NWA, ROH and NJPW, Rhodes has hosted 15 championships, including two world champions, and hosted both NWA World, IWGP USA and ROH six-man titles in early fall 2018.
In January 2019, Rhodes was appointed executive vice president of the newly formed AEW, and he will also serve as a wrestler. Rhodes renounced his position as executive vice president after failing to negotiate a new contract, and he and his wife left AEW in February 2022. He returned to WWE in April by defeating Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 38.
