Ding Aijun, born in 1977, Taixing , alumnus of the 1995 Taixing Huangqiao Middle School. He is currently the dean, professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Atmospheric Sciences of Nanjing University, a member of the discipline evaluation group of the State Council, deputy director of the Jiangsu Provincial "Climate Change" Collaborative Innovation Center, and deputy director of the Key Earth Matter Cycle Frontier Science Center.

"Science Exploration Award" was established in 2018.
