As the youngest and least experienced leader, he took the initiative to face the challenge bravely. In order to help farmers solve problems in shrimp farming production and disease prevention and control, he provides technical services on the front line for an average of more than 10 working days a month, visits 12 farms, and spends nearly half of the 365 days and nights in the farms. In order to ensure the quality of shrimp products and conduct market sales as soon as possible, Lin Nan contacted experts in a timely manner to compile key technical points for shrimp breeding production during the epidemic, and conducted on-site technical guidance in the shrimp breeding base to help farmers communicate sales channels and implement the commitment of "technical promotion on the front line, serving fishermen with dedication" with practical actions.
