In order to implement the epidemic prevention and disinfection subsidy policy for micro-enterprise epidemic prevention and disinfection subsidy project, Nanshan District micro-enterprise epidemic prevention and disinfection subsidy project has been launched. The relevant matters are notified as follows:
1. Application time:
From the date of the system launch to September 30 . Any undeclared or unremediated materials that are not declared within the deadline shall be deemed to be automatically waived.
2. Application method:
(I) The computer side makes an online application on the "Nanshan District Industrial Development Comprehensive Service Platform" website (http://sfms.szns.gov.cn);
(II) The mobile phone clicks on the "Nanshan District Micro Enterprise Epidemic Prevention and Disinfection Subsidy Project Application" on the homepage of the "i Shenzhen " app to apply.
3. Subsidy objects:
will provide a one-time disinfection subsidy for micro-enterprises in industries, accommodation and catering industries and wholesale and retail industries that are registered in Nanshan District in accordance with the law before March 1, 2022 and have corresponding business licenses.
Industry defines micro-enterprises based on the actual social security payment of less than 10 employees in Shenzhen in May 2022 (excluding 10 people); the accommodation and catering industry and wholesale and retail industry defines micro-enterprises based on the actual social security payment of less than 20 employees in Shenzhen in March 2022 (excluding 20 people).
4. Funding standard:
industrial micro-enterprise subsidy standard is RMB 1,000 per household, and the subsidy standard is RMB 2,000 per household in the accommodation and catering industry and wholesale and retail industry. During the valid period of the implementation of the "Several Measures of Shenzhen on Further Helping Market Institutions to Respond to the New Coronavirus Epidemic" (from March 24, 2022 to June 30, 2022 on the date of the policy issuance), enterprises classified into the "three zones" (sealing area, control area, and prevention area) will be subsidized according to 100% of the above standards, and enterprises outside the "three zones" will be subsidized according to 50% of the above standards.
5. Important tips:
(I) Before officially applying for a project, each micro-enterprise should carefully study the project operation guidelines and submit the materials according to the requirements of the application system. If you encounter technical problems such as websites and platforms that cannot be accessed or files cannot be uploaded or downloaded during the application process, you can call the technical support number (400-161-6289) for consultation.
(II) After the applicant submits the application materials online, he can check the progress status of the project application through the application system. No paper materials are required for this application. Please wait patiently for the next step to review.
(III) Please prepare the following materials before applying:
1. Enterprises that meet the application conditions must ensure that the company's has opened a public account ;
2. business license in PDF format (original color scan upload) and a scanned copy of the legal person's ID card (original copy is stamped with the official seal and uploaded in color).
