1. Pay attention to the epidemic and actively report
(I) If you find that you have time and space intersection with the above trajectories of the infected, or receive a text message for epidemic prevention and control, or an abnormality in health code , you should report to the community, unit, hotel, etc. as soon as possible, implement epidemic prevention measures according to the text message prompts, do not go to public places, and try not to take public transportation. If you have any questions, please call 029-12345 or the public hotline of the epidemic prevention and control command office of each district and county.
(II) As of 24:00 on September 30, , Xianyang City, adjacent to our city, has designated 3 high-risk areas and 16 medium-risk areas, with certain community transmission risks. Please, since 18:00 on September 22, personnel from the medium- and high-risk areas of Xianyang City, who have been seeking medical treatment at Xianyang University Xianyang Hospital from 18:00 on September 22 to 5:40 on September 25, or those who have visited or entered and left the hospital, should take the initiative to report to the community, unit, hotel, etc. as soon as possible, and implement home isolation or centralized isolation measures.
From now on, people returning to Xianyang City must hold a nucleic acid test report within 24 hours. No "ground inspection" is implemented, and no nucleic acid test report within 24 hours will be allowed to enter the market. Since 18:00 on September 22, people with travel and residence history in Xianyang City will report to their communities, units, hotels, etc. as soon as possible and implement health management measures in accordance with the guidelines.
2. Reduce flow and optimize itinerary
The current domestic epidemic prevention and control situation is still severe. Recently, the number of new infections has continued to fluctuate by about 700 times. At present, the national epidemic still shows the characteristics of "many points and wide scope". There are 765 high-risk areas in the country and 820 medium-risk areas. It is the National Day holiday. The number of tourists from other places and traveling back and forth between our city has increased. The pressure of epidemic prevention in foreign countries has increased. It is recommended that citizens and friends do not leave the province unless necessary during the National Day holiday, reduce cross-city travel, and celebrate the festival locally. If you really need to travel, you should fully understand the epidemic risk status and epidemic prevention and control policies at the destination before traveling, and do not go to medium- and high-risk areas and areas with case reports, and report to their communities (units) and schools in advance, obey the epidemic prevention and control requirements of the destination, travel at peak peaks, and take good protection.
According to the "New Coronavirus Pneumonia Prevention and Control Plan (Ninth Edition)", our city will implement 7-day home isolation medical observation measures and 7-day centralized isolation medical observation measures for people coming and returning to China with a history of travel in medium and high-risk areas within the past 7 days. The management period will be calculated from leaving the above-mentioned areas.
Please include the entire Tibet Autonomous Region, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Gansu Province within the past 7 days; Sichuan Province ( Neijiang City , Suining City); Qinghai Province ( Haixi Prefecture , Xining City, Hainan Prefecture , Yushu Prefecture, Haidong City ); Guizhou Province (Guiyang City, Zhijin County, Bijie City); Tianjin City ( Hedong District , Dongli District , Nankai District , , Nankai District , , , ml2 Jinnan District , Xiqing District , Hebei District , Binhai New Area); people with travel history in areas with a certain range of community-spreading epidemics, such as Xishan District, Kunming City, Yunnan Province, and Anning City , and people in districts (counties) where domestic medium and high-risk areas are located must report in advance in the "Come to (return) Shaanxi Pre-filling" module of "Shaanxi One Code Pass", or report recent travel history and health-related information by calling the destination community, unit, hotel contact number, etc., and cooperate in the implementation of various corresponding epidemic prevention and control measures.
After all the people coming and returning from the province and those who have epidemics in the province arrive in our city, they must actively cooperate with the on-site inspection (48-hour nucleic acid test certificate, Shaanxi One-code pass, big data itinerary card), on-site inspection (instant inspection and leave without waiting for the test results), strictly complete the on-site nucleic acid test and the nucleic acid "3-day 3-day" (including on-site inspection, more than 24 hours apart) within 3 days after arriving in the city. Do not participate in gathering activities in the first three days after arriving in the city, do not enter key institutions, and try not to enter indoor closed places.
Our city has set up convenient nucleic acid sampling points in airports, railway stations, high-speed rail stations, long-distance bus stations, high-speed toll stations and other places, providing one free nucleic acid testing service for people in cities outside the province and within the province when entering our city. This type of person is taken and left immediately after nucleic acid testing, without waiting for the test results. However, it is recommended that these travelers do not go to public places before the test results report, and minimize social contact.
3. Strengthen protection and cooperate with prevention and control
We must adhere to the "three-piece set of epidemic prevention" of daily life, remember that masks should be worn, social distance should be kept, coughing and sneezing should be covered, hands should be washed frequently, and windows should be opened as much as possible. When we receive a "epidemic investigation" call, please take it seriously and cooperate actively, and truthfully report your personal health status and contact history as required, including information such as places you have been to, people you have contacted, etc., and ensure that you do not conceal or report lies.
