BYD e6 The high-voltage distribution box is installed at the rear of the power battery. If you disassemble the rear seats, you can see the high-voltage distribution box, as shown in the figure below.
high-voltage distribution box completes the high-voltage distribution of the entire vehicle, and also directs the charging current into the power battery with the cooperation of car charger to charge the power battery.

(2) BYD e5 e5 high voltage distribution system is integrated into the high voltage electronic control assembly. The high-voltage electronic control assembly is installed inside the front cabin. The high-voltage electronic control assembly integrates a two-way AC inverter motor control module, vehicle charging module, DC/DC converter module, high-voltage distribution module and leakage sensor, etc.

BAIC EV200 The high-voltage distribution system of electric vehicles takes the high-voltage control box as the core to complete the output and distribution of the power battery power supply, realizing the protection and cutting of branch electrical appliances. The BAIC EV200 high-voltage control box is installed in the front cabin. At the same time, the front cabin is also equipped with high-voltage components such as motor controller, DC/DC, and vehicle-mounted charger, as shown in the figure below.

High voltage control box peripheral plug-in consists of a fast charging connector, a low voltage control connector, a high voltage accessory connector, a power battery connector and a motor controller connector, as shown in the figure below.

High voltage control box interior consists of 4 fuses, PTC control board and fast charging relay . The 4 fuses protect the PTC circuit, the electric air conditioner compressor circuit, the DC/DC circuit and the vehicle-mounted charger circuit. The internal structure of the high-voltage control box is shown in the figure below.

(2) BAIC EU260
BAIC EU260 high voltage distribution system is integrated inside the PEU. The PEU integrates motor controller, vehicle charger, DC/DC and high-voltage control box, fast charge relay, fuse, interlock circuit, etc., as shown in the figure below. The on-board charger and interlock circuit are on the other side of the PEU and cannot be seen in the figure.
BAIC EU260 PEU has 4 high-voltage fuses inside, which provide high-voltage electricity and protect related circuits for chargers, PTC heaters, electric air conditioners compressors, and DC/DC, as shown in the figure below.
