With its natural geographical advantages, the Jianghuo Source Heat Pump Project has transformed the rolling Yangtze River into a steady stream of green energy. After the entire project is completed, the six energy stations of Jianghuo Source Heat Pump can provide efficient, low-carbon and stable cooling and heating services to the 875 square kilometers of building complex in the core area of Jiangbei New District and some tunnel areas, which can save 140 million kWh of electricity for the new district every year, which is equivalent to burning 49,600 tons of standard coal less.

At the co-construction ceremony, the Party Branch of the Power Dispatch Control Center of State Grid Nanjing Power Supply Company and the Jiangbei Public Ecological and Environmental Protection Joint Party Branch signed a party building co-construction agreement, promising with the "dual carbon" goal as the guide, jointly build a green energy interconnection platform, jointly promote low-carbon transformation of access elements, and jointly create power distribution network optimization and saving investment, and achieve "integration and smart operation" of regional comprehensive energy.

As the main platform for the construction and development of public utilities in Jiangbei New District, Jiangbei Public Utilities undertakes 21 engineering construction tasks in the "2021 Jiangbei New District Directly Managed District Urban and Rural Construction Plan", covering three categories: sewage treatment and collection system construction, public infrastructure construction, and comprehensive environmental improvement construction. The total annual planned investment is about 2.2 billion yuan.
Since the launch of party history learning and education, Jiangbei Public Utilities has required all project teams to pay attention to the "key small matters" in the project, ensure the quality of the project, and speed up the project progress, so as to solve the "major issues of people's livelihood" in the new district.
Jiangbei Public has taken the initiative to shoulder the important task of investment, construction and operation of garbage classification in the new district. At present, more than 1,140 garbage classification collection points, 2 kitchen waste disposal centers and 1 garbage transfer station have been built to realize the full process of garbage classification control, and provide a green and clean living environment for nearly 400,000 residents in 316 residential communities in the new district.
As a service provider and operator of public transportation such as public bicycles, bus stops, parking spaces, commuting in enterprises and institutions in the new district, Jiangbei Public Utilities is committed to opening up the "last mile" of residents' travel.Up to now, the marking number of 3,500 road berths within the new district has been completed, the charging management of 2,041 berths in three streets, Dingshan , Yanjiang and Dachang has been achieved, and the signing of six parking lot operation and management agreements including Taiyi, Pukou Park and Tianhua West Road has been completed.
At the same time, Jiangbei Public has developed new businesses such as charging piles and comprehensive energy services, and signed a 5G strategic cooperation agreement with China Mobile to cover 5G technology with garbage classification operation, smart parking management, smart water operation and maintenance, circular economy industry, regional comprehensive energy services and other fields, providing authoritative and detailed data support for urban integrated operation services, leading the intelligent development of public utilities in the new district.
