Home, as a physical space, also serves as a special concept of 's spiritual sustenance to , has extraordinary significance to everyone. During the speech session of the waiting-to-do cultural studio selection conference, we introduced the practical experience of the oral history project of Shanghai Zhenliu Apartment to experts, scholars and workers around the world online.
, known as the "famous building on the sea", is located on Huashan Road, Jing'an District, Shanghai, and is an outstanding historical building protection unit in Shanghai. This Spanish-style apartment was originally a residence of Taixing Bank. After several twists and turns, well-known residents include Zhouhefu , Junqing, Zhou Xuan, Sun Daolin , Fu Quanxiang , etc. As an oral history project, "The Voice of the Pillow Flow" takes "The Pillow Flow Stone, with the Cultural People" as the theme, and explores architectural characteristics and humanistic stories through interview shooting, cultural relics information collection and other means.
Zhenliu Apartment was built in 1930. Among the several re-emphasizations, the most famous owner of the building is Li Hongzhang son Li Jingmai . According to historical records, the first name of this building was translated as "River Apartment" or "River Apartment", but Li Jingmai was not satisfied with the name and so he publicly sought names from the society. There is a credit letter that quotes an allusion in "New Words on the World" "The Pillow of the Stone", which means to be quiet and to be cautious and to concentrate on tempering your will.
In addition to its elegant and elegant appearance, the Zhenliu Apartment also takes a lot of effort in interior decoration. It is said that the bedrooms at that time were all ensuites, and the bathroom equipment was also imported famous brands. The window lattice was made of steel, the door handle was made of copper, the floor was sandalwood, and each household had a fireplace. There must be a dining room between the dining room and the kitchen. In order to adapt to the living habits of foreigners, the entire building is centrally heated and hot water is installed; the top floor platform is open to residents, suitable for viewing and walking; an indoor swimming pool is available in the basement. These facilities were undoubtedly advanced and first-class at the time, so they were constantly leased.
Zhang Xianhui, born in Shanghai in 1947, moved to the Pinliu Apartment in 1975. She recalled the exquisite decoration of this apartment in the oral history column of "Pinliu Voice", which was still very advanced even in the 1970s: there are very beautiful bronze chandeliers in the hall, and opposite the living room is a large dining room, and the dining room (ceiling) is full of sculptured lamps. The kitchen is very exquisite, with a dining room, and a well-made cabinet . The white cabinets are from the ceiling to the floor, and there is a row of operating tables in the middle. The building is equipped with an elevator. When you enter the elevator, there is a large floor-to-ceiling mirror. The wooden panels next to it are also very sophisticated and there is a dedicated person responsible for the operation of the elevator.
1949, the vacant rooms in the Zhengliu Apartment were assigned to senior intellectuals and other places. The most well-known "guest story" is Zhou Xuan, the three-star "Tianya Song Queen" of the last century. One of the Internet says that Zhou Xuan moved into the Zhengliu Apartment in 1932, and another saying is that after Zhou Xuan returned to Shanghai from Hong Kong in 1950, she moved into the building as one of the first cultural celebrities. At that time, she lived in a large suite on the sixth floor, which was one of the best rooms in the entire apartment. At the end of 1950, Zhou Xuan's eldest son, Zhou Min5, was born in the Zhengliu Apartment. At that time, Zhou Xuan was also invited to play the leading role in the movie " Peace Dove ". This apartment is not only "her healing place, her safe haven, but also the last home in her short 37 years of life."
There are countless towering buildings in Shanghai, but the old apartment full of the flavor of the times has never come out of people's sight and is hard to be forgotten. Because it witnesses the ups and downs of careers, family gatherings and separations, and life joys and sorrows.

As Fu Quanxiang, who played the role of female characters in Yue Opera such as Zhu Yingtai, Liu Lanzhi and Li Qingzhao, spent the entire golden years of life, including marriage and having children, in Zhenliu Apartment. Liu Dan, born in Zhengliu Apartment and grew up here, is the daughter of Yue Opera performing artist Fu Quanxiang. She recalled that the role of Li Qingzhao was created by her mother Fu Quanxiang in her later years. She was in her seventies and had to write scripts, raise funds, find actors, screenwriters, and compose music. Most of these coordination and creation work were done at the home of Zhengliu Apartment. In 1992, "People Thinner than Yellow Flowers" was released, and Fu Quanxiang played Li Qingzhao. The drama won the honorary award of the national TV series " Feitian Award ". Liu Dan said: "I was born and raised in the Zhenliu Apartment. The meaning is that it has life and has witnessed many ups and downs. For a period of time after my parents passed away, I thought about moving and no longer living in the Zhenliu Apartment. Because there are too many memories here, and the shadow of my parents. My mother kicked her legs, walked around the scene, wrote scripts in the living room, and wrote scripts, and my father walked away at home... I kept my mother's room as it is."
Wang Mulan, the wife of the painter Shen Roujian, is 92 years old this year. She recalled that she had just moved to the Zhenliu Apartment in 1956, when all the foreigners and capitalists who lived there moved out. After moving in, some friends became popular here. "We have a close relationship with Qiao Qi and Sun Jinglu, and sometimes we greet each other. In the early years, when we were resisting U.S. aggression and aiding Korea, we cooperated with the enrollment tasks of military academies. I once invited Qiao Qi to the radio to recite the work of Wei Wei " "Who is the cutest person in ". He also often went to school to perform for young students, and they were very popular. Roujian and I also watched several dramas he performed, which were very exciting." "In the past, the writer Junqing also lived here. Every time he went back to his hometown in Shandong, he would bring some local specialties, red dates, peanuts, etc., and the neighbors were more friendly."

After 1956, Shen Roujian's works were basically painted in the Zhengliu Apartment. His daughter Shen Li also recalled in the oral history column of "The Voice of the Zhengliu": "We have a stove in our house, a very authentic stove. The pipes are directly outside the glass window. Boiling water on the stove can make tea. The hottest water does not come out of the thermos bottle, but comes out of the stove. Using 100℃ water to make tea in this way may be a bit similar to the Kung Fu Tea in my father's hometown. It happened in front of him. He felt it was so wonderful. This is similar to his creative concept. He once said that you don't have to go to famous mountains and rivers. Ordinary landscapes are sometimes more painted and poetic." It is this life full of humanity and fireworks that makes Zhengliu Apartment an unforgettable memory for many people.
Surgeon and medical educator Wu Zhaoguang moved into the Zhengliu Apartment in 1957. When he first came to the apartment, he could still remember that every family was a German old lady on the 4th floor, and the opposite door was a writer. The conditions inside the elevator are very good, and there are water and heating during the cold weather. At that time, Wu Zhaoguang always rode bicycles when he went to work. " bicycles are the most convenient, free entry and exit. Each of us adults went to and from get off work with a bicycle. Because I was a surgeon, the time was not fixed. Because I had to work night shifts. Sometimes an emergency room came and was on call." For the Zhengliu Apartment, the old man never thought of moving, "I am not from Shanghai, but I regard it as my hometown, because I have been here for more than half a century, which is equivalent to my hometown."
