2, on-site registration
(1) Registration time: June 20-22, 2022 (9:30-11:30 am, 1:30-5:00 pm). Registration will no longer be accepted after the deadline.
(2) Registration location: Conference room on the 3rd floor of Tianxin District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, No. 11, Liujiachong North Road, Tianxin District, Changsha City.
(3) Registration personnel must bring:
① 1 original and copy of their ID card; ② 1 original and copy of the graduation certificate (2022 fresh graduates can provide the academic qualification online verification report for registration without obtaining a graduation certificate, but the shortlisted personnel must provide the original graduation certificate before July 31, 2022, otherwise they will be disqualified.); ③ 2 recent 2-inch crown-free photos; ④ 1 "Tianxin District Public Recruitment of Non-staff Staff Registration Form" (see Appendix 1, download it yourself and fill it in and print it).
3. Qualification Review: Qualification Review includes two steps: initial qualification review at the time of registration and qualification review at the time of inspection. Applicants must meet the application requirements, and the registration information filled in, the certificates and materials provided must be complete, legal, true and accurate. If an applicant is found to fail to meet the application requirements or commit fraud in any stage, he will be disqualified at any time and will not be employed. Those who pass the initial qualification examination will enter the written examination.
4. Written test
(1) The number of applicants and the number of recruiting positions must reach a ratio of 3:1 before the examination can be started; if the ratio of examination cannot be reached, the registration time shall be appropriately extended or the number of positions shall be reduced.

(3) The written test content is public basic knowledge and writing. The examination does not specify review books, nor does it entrust any institution to hold training classes.

5, interview assessment
(1) Determine the interview assessment subjects based on the written test scores, and determine the interview assessment subjects based on the number of recruitment positions and the number of interviews and assessments 1:3.

Candidates with interview assessment scores below 75 points (including 75 points) will not enter the next program.
6, physical examination
(1) Score synthesis: Comprehensive score = written test score × 40% + interview assessment score × 60%. Written test scores, interview assessment scores, and comprehensive scores are rounded to two digits after the decimal point.
(2) Based on the combined comprehensive results, the candidates for the physical examination are determined from high to low according to the number of job recruitment plans. When the comprehensive scores are the same, the physical examination subjects will be determined in equal order according to the interview assessment results.
(3) The list of shortlisted physical examination personnel is announced on the official website of Tianxin District Market Supervision Administration http://www.tianxin.gov.cn/zwgk8/bmxxgkml/qspaqglbgs/. The physical examination will be carried out in accordance with the standard of entry for new recruits, and the relevant tests are carried out as required by government agencies and institutions, and the physical examination and testing costs will be borne by themselves. The time of physical examination and meeting place will be notified separately. Those who fail to participate in the physical examination at the notification time will be deemed to be automatically given up.
7. Investigation of political review
Those who pass the physical examination are identified as the subjects of investigation, mainly examining actual performance and actual work ability. The political review inspection method is on-site investigation or letter inquiry.
8, public announcement and employment of
(1) For qualified personnel who have passed the inspection, they will be announced on the official website of Tianxin District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau http://www.tianxin.gov.cn/zwgk8/bmxxgkml/qspaqglbgs/. The announcement time is 7 days. If there is no objection to the announcement, they will be determined to be the employer. If you fail to arrive at the post at the notice time, you will be deemed to be automatically given up.
(2) If a person fails or automatically waives his qualifications after physical examination, inspection, public announcement and employment, the Tianxin District Market Supervision Administration may study whether to replace the application; if the replacement is made, the replacement will be made in order from high to low according to the comprehensive score (the replacement will not exceed two times).
5. Epidemic prevention and control
0 The relevant work on the prevention and control of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic is carried out in accordance with the "Notice on Strengthening the Prevention and Control of the New Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic in Personnel Examination" (Xiang Human Resources and Social Security Letter [2021] No. 161). The specific requirements are as follows:
1. All reference candidates should promptly apply for their epidemic prevention health code and communication big data itinerary card before the exam, and undergo nucleic acid testing for the new coronavirus within 48 hours before the first exam.
2. Candidates whose epidemic prevention health code and itinerary code are green, whose nucleic acid test for the new coronavirus is negative within 48 hours before the exam, whose on-site temperature measurement is normal (<37.3℃), and no symptoms related to the new coronavirus pneumonia are not allowed to take the exam, and who are among the other circumstances of the exam can enter the test site to take the exam.
3. All reference candidates should take personal protective measures in accordance with the requirements of epidemic prevention and control. All reference candidates should wear masks throughout the process (provided by themselves), actively cooperate with the staff to check the temperature test, health code and itinerary card, cooperate with the staff to arrange the arrangements during the queue, maintain a safe distance of 1 meter, and enter and leave the site in batches and orderly. 6. Treatment
Recruitment personnel are non-staff contract personnel, implement the probation period system and labor contract period system, sign the labor contract in accordance with the law, and go through the entry procedures.
