I was naturally influenced by this trend, opened a blog, and began to express my opinions and put forward opinions on various events. Several of the blog posts now seem to be sharp and sharp. During this period, I read a large number of books and articles, those independent views, critical spirits, disapproving or not flattering power, and the sentiment of "daring to speak for the people and plead for the people" deeply infected me. These things seem to have nothing to do with "law", but they have formed a hazy prototype of the law in my concept.
That's it. In the four years of college, I developed the good habit of liking to write, being good at analysis, and thinking independently. So much so that after I started working, I was able to post articles on the company's website often. I am never blind to the things happening around me. I can analyze and view them rationally and approach the objective face of things to the greatest extent.
After graduating from university, I successfully found a job and worked in a famous domestic energy company. I devoted myself to work with enthusiasm and confidence, but the ruthless reality slowly wiped out my passion. Time flies for seven years. For seven years, I am still at the grassroots level of the company. There is no hope for a salary increase, and there is no hope for a promotion. More importantly, I found that I didn’t love this job at all, nor was I good at doing it. I felt that if I continued to do this, except to support my family, the value and significance of life were beyond my ability to support my family. At the age of 32, I am often anxious and uneasy, and I feel that my life is at the intersection of key choices.
If you continue working in a company, it will be ordinary, and in this fourth-tier city in the northwest, your life may not be rich, but your well-off life is still guaranteed. But this life that I saw at the end of my life instantly made life boring. I want to break through this "comfort zone" and do what I like. I don't want to be mediocre because I have dreams.
At the beginning of this year, I resolutely chose the path of legal examination, which is also a way to regain my original intention and be more fortunate to be connected with the "unicorn". Teacher Wang has a profound background and lectures. We really need to thank these teachers and unicorns, who have made us lighter on the extremely difficult road to the legal examination.
Tough and hardships, and you will succeed.For those students who are on-the-job legal exams, we must eliminate all kinds of interference and study without distractions. If I have to give you some advice, then my suggestion is to pay attention to jurisprudence and commercial law. Judging from this year's exams, the two account for a considerable proportion. Also, you can’t just watch videos, you must take notes, record all the knowledge points of the constant heavy weight, and recite them from time to time.
Some teachers summarized the formulas really very good, such as Yang Fan of Jurisprudence and Zhang Jinde of Civil Procedure. Through memorization of the formula, you can achieve twice the result with half the effort. For some knowledge points, you can also summarize the formulas by yourself. Take me as an example. I have summarized many formulas by myself. Finally, it is about combining practice. After reading a chapter of the course, you must do relevant test questions. By doing questions, you can not only deepen your memory of knowledge points, but also timely discover knowledge points you have not noticed during watching the video, which can achieve the effect of checking for omissions and filling in the gaps.
There is reward for your efforts. Some people joke that the legal examination is about "character" and requires a little "luck". I completely agree, because the luck and character here are exchanged for our usual "paying". As long as you take the legal examination seriously, the legal examination will naturally not treat you badly.
