The qualifiers for the second Heilongjiang Provincial Team Competition were officially launched in mid-November 2015. In the evening, the lottery ceremony of the team championship finals was unveiled at the event venue, Harbin Shuangzhe Billiards Leisure and Entertainment Center. The defending champions of the first team championship finals will play against the Jiamusi team, Qiqihar team vs Jixi team, Suihua team vs Daqing team, Wuchang team vs Mudanjiang team.

According to the schedule, the finals of the second Heilongjiang Provincial "Two Good Brothers" Cup Chinese Eight-Group Team Championship will officially kick off at 10:00 tomorrow morning. The game lasted for two days. In the first stage, the eight teams were divided into two groups through draws of lots. The group stage adopted a double-defeat elimination system, among which the individual singles match was set to 9 games and 5 wins, and the doubles match was set to 5 games and 3 wins. Two teams were admitted to each group. In the second stage of the competition, the four teams that advanced adopted a single-elimination system until the final ranking of each participating team was decided. The championship team has a prize of 50,000 yuan, and the total prize is as high as 130,000 yuan.
