Olix China Headquarters Building is located in the Donggang Business District of Dalian. It is currently the only 5A-level international financial center office building under construction in China with the nature of a Japanese-funded enterprise headquarters. The total construction area of the headquarters building project is 246,500 square meters. It is divided into two towers A and B, with a design height of 202.8 meters; 41 floors above ground (the 1-4th floor is a commercial podium) and 4 floors underground. The project fully draws on the Grand Front emerging urban complex model that has been successfully built and operated by Olix Group in Osaka, Japan, and creates an experiential business format with the theme of office, community, brand, and entertainment health. It will build a comprehensive financial business center with strong regional influence, concentration of large international financial institutions in Japan and radiating to Northeast Asia .
