According to him, the "six-type" team refers to: learning, innovation, environmentally friendly, health-type, efficiency-type, and harmonious. "They are an organic whole, learning is the foundation, innovation is the driving force, environmental protection is the premise, health is the guarantee, efficiency is the core, and harmony is the purpose." He believes that the "six-type" team creation activities are systematic methods and scientific tools that standardize the management, benchmark competition, and continuously improve the daily work of grassroots teams through the "six-type" classification.
Wang Jiangang, vice chairman of Yuntianhua Group Trade Union, said that Yuntianhua Group Trade Union divides the "six-type" team into six-star levels and is promoted step by step. "The teams that have been created are one-star, and the highest level is six-star. 1-3 stars are selected, evaluated and managed by each grassroots unit. Each grassroots unit will evaluate the 3-star team of the unit according to the assessment standards based on the demonstration team quota assigned by the group at the end of the year, and recommends to the group-level demonstration team. After the review is approved, Yuntianhua Group Trade Union will award the demonstration team title and four-star plaque; , Based on the self-inspection and acceptance of each grassroots unit, the Yuntian Chemical Union will take the lead to form an evaluation team to inspect (sample) all demonstration teams, and after comprehensive evaluation, the advanced demonstration team (five stars) of the year will be evaluated and awarded plaques. Teams that have won five stars for three consecutive years will be automatically promoted to six stars. The six-star team can participate in the group's gold medal team promotion competition (ring competition) every two to three years, and finally decide on gold, silver and bronze medal teams."
He said that the "six-type" team of Yuntian Chemical Group implements the "six-step" creation method - unify thoughts, sort out and classify, and clarify goals , implementation, assessment, evaluation, summary and improvement, "On this basis, we will promote the synchronous linkage of four units to build a six-star team."
