Future Pupil·Pupil Series Project is located in the core area of the Future Pupil Planning in the Central Innovation Zone, adjacent to the Planning Thirty-Seventh Road in the west and the Future Pupil circular water surface in the east. The planned net land area is about 139.8 mu, and the total construction area is nearly 194,000 square meters. The Cultural and Art Center (Grand Theater) is its core function. At the same time, the project also has supporting construction of science and technology centers, urban exhibition halls, etc., and connects them into a whole through underground space to form an indivisible building complex and create a cultural landmark in the future pupil area.

Xi'an International Cultural Communication Center project is located east of Planning 5th Road, south of Xinglong Third Road, west of Jing22nd Road, and north of Planning 31st Road. It is adjacent to Yong'anqu Commercial Street on the east side, and can quickly reach the Future Pupil and New Xi'an South Station in the core area of the Central Innovation Zone. The planned net land area of the project is about 31.1 mu, and the total construction area is about 92,900 square meters.
